This bar is bottom drawer. We spent around 150Chf per person and were 6 people. We were still treated like the ones behind last. First a Smirnoff was sold and taken away 5 minutes later because we were only 17. And then the boss came to me and wanted to discuss with me about another reason. He went for it but didn't have a plan from the Swiss. I find it a little embarrassing that a 17 year old has more knowledge of Swiss law than a grown man. I think this guy was bullied at my age that he had to go against a group of teenagers and throw them out 3 times. This dog. Conclusion: This bar is the last place I don't recommend this ugly mess.

Very nasty staff, never go again. Staff very aggressive kicked out for no reason. Math is also not the staff's strengths.

Unfortunately too few staff in the Kuhbar / very long waiting times until a drink order can be placed. Not better in the new Kuhbar either. Great team / great acts / party puur! Very very highly recommended! :)

Absolutely exorbitant prices. 14 francs for a Vodka-Mate. Completely disturbed. You can tell the owner needs a lot of money after the renovation. Greedy Siach.

Great fun, reasonably priced. Spent both lunch and apres ski here. Lunch pizza was great and maybe 15chf. Apres was a lot of fun, vibrant, friendly and only 7chf a beer. Considering that's on a mountain, was very good value...

Apparently a legendary apres venue. I haven't experienced Swiss German apres music before. Will take a bit of getting used to 😅. DJ and MC trying to get the crowd going but atmosphere was muted. Perhaps I caught a bad day. Quick service and cold beer. Definitely a good place to let your hair down. I suspect I was unlucky with my timing. I will try again!

Old bar was far better laid out! Unfortunately, new is not always better. You can hardly get to the bar, you wait forever, no toilets at the entrances, why no latrines? Very few standing tables, no more standing bars around, etc. They could have taken some cool examples from Austria and redesigned them in a modern/modern way. Double storey, gallery etc. It's a shame... A lot of effort for little result. Very expensive and lousy Feldschlösschen, doesn't fit into the Arosa mountains at all.

The best apresski bar/temple in Switzerland. The new building looks great. The coolest party still takes place inside if the DJ is good. Which unfortunately isn't always the case. The big cow head and the lighting are great. However, the cow head could be included even more in the show. Staff was friendly and quick.

There was a good mood yesterday. Today, December 30th, 2023, DJ Marry was underground and completely ruined the good atmosphere. Can't sing and can't feel the audience at all. Management waited far too long until the demolition came. This time we actually enjoyed going home.

Great place for après ski! 🥳 Very cool bar, nice sun terrace. Unfortunately only open from 12 p.m., music only from 2 p.m. Staff moderately motivated. Still always worth a visit. 🐮

The whole valley is far too loud outside. You involuntarily have to listen to the stupid apres ski music. Families are not welcome.

I visited the KuhBar during the humor festival. Unfortunately there was no music this weekend and the food was average although served very quickly. The tables are placed quite closely. The staff was friendly. I plan to visit KuhBar again when there is no festival to get a new picture.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting KuhBar in Arosa and I have to say that I absolutely love this après-ski location! I am therefore happy to give it 5 stars and highly recommend it. The first thing I noticed about KuhBar is the great location. It is easily accessible on foot, by gondola or by ski/snowboard, which offers visitors a lot of flexibility. The location itself is unique because it offers space both indoors and outdoors, guaranteeing a great atmosphere even in bad weather. The atmosphere in the KuhBar is simply great - there is a super relaxed and at the same time exuberant atmosphere that immediately puts you in the mood to party. Another reason why I think the KuhBar is so great is the regular performances by well-known acts. These always create a great atmosphere and make a visit to the KuhBar an unforgettable experience. And the best thing about it: entry is even free!

Top bar (apres ski) location on the slopes. With many great well-known live acts. Once you've stopped in... you almost never leave😂Not far from the village.

The Kuhbar still has the best apreski parties. Always great to be here. Unfortunately, the opening times have been shortened. 7:00 p.m. is too early in my opinion. A real shame. Therefore one star less than last time. I hope this will change again :)

The music has no quality at all but the atmosphere is very fun, one of the few places where you will really find fun. If you are skiing in Arosa you can't miss visiting it!

I think everyone who has ever been to the Kuhbar knows how absolutely brilliant the afternoons are there. We've been there for 8 years and drive out of the fog to see you several times every winter because of the Kuhbar, and then back down again the same evening. Always a pleasure! This year, however, we were bitterly disappointed when they said: "We're closing, everyone please go down to the valley" an hour earlier. When asked by the staff, they said that this will be standard from now on, for the safety of visitors. In my opinion this is nonsense. I was there at the opening, everyone was really disappointed and got cocky because there was still a lot of dance energy. When we returned to the valley there was absolute chaos because due to the early closure everyone went down at the same time and got in each other's way. There were a lot of accidents and falls, definitely more than before (staggered departures with later closures work better). So a really counterproductive change. We also think twice every weekend about whether we should really make the journey to Arosa if we have to leave again at 6:40 p.m. We will definitely come less often from now on, even if it hurts. We all love the Kuhbar, but this new addition is a slap in the face to all loyal guests. Therefore only 4 stars.

Top apres-ski, unfortunately you can't build the “Flying Hirsch Shotli” in piles!

Well, I was there from 12 p.m. and had a good seat. no people, just a little snow (except for the nose) Is that how it should be? So apres ski is before ski. Please make music from 12 p.m. Thanks ;)

This après-ski bar is simply brilliant for getting a good beating! The ambience and the music increase the urge to hide behind the beech tree. And who doesn't love smearing their throat with distillate? I will definitely come back and can't wait to blow up the armor again. WE LOVE COWBAR!

A great place to really get your armor on. The great music drives you even more to re-galvanize your gutters. Since there are so many visitors, you have to disconnect the battery to cope with the crowd. But generally the best apresski shed in the Graubünden mountains. Unfortunately I have to deduct a star because the sidewalks down into the valley are very slippery. Please do a lot of winter maintenance on the paths in the future. After a number of falls on my head, I made a mistake and my comrades had to carry me into the valley. I was about to file a report of assault. But the great memories of the Kuhbar stopped me.

It’s a great place, lots of fun guaranteed and the music is good until they play the racist song “Senegal” - that should not be played ever, anywhere and when you have an international clientele it is not ok (or local..)

Brilliant... The best entertainment is offered here. The team is well positioned and motivated. If you want to have a great party with cool people, you definitely won't be disappointed here! The prices are completely reasonable. I can only recommend the location to everyone.

Just great. It's as good as it gets. This is how a party should be! You immediately feel captivated by the unique atmosphere of the Kuhbar. The outdoor area in the beautiful mountains also leaves nothing to be desired. We'd love to come back! Definitely the place to be.

It was unclear that the certificate was only checked for the bar and that no queuing would have been necessary for the restaurants behind it. Way too loud! It's hard to have a conversation at the surrounding tables.

Very bad experience! Alex the deputy Boss is very unfriendly and arrogant. He treated me like I wasn't wanted. Will no longer enter as my consumption is apparently not desired. The location is very simple, far from the otherwise high standard in Arosa. Fortunately, there are other locations where you are welcome.

In dieser Wintersaison überzeugt neben den vielfältigen Auswahlmenüs das hauseigene Patisserieteam mit seinen Dessertvarianten. Besonders das hausgemachte Fruchteis, der Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesauce und die am Bünderabend servierte Variation der Bündner Nusstorte möchte ich gerne erwähnen.Nicht zu vergessen ist das abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbuffet mit den frisch hergestellten Backwaren aus der hauseigenen Bäckerei.

Wunderbares Essen, herrliche Zimmer und sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Alles sehr sauber. Preis - Leistung sind top und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Die Auswahl an Weinen und Gerichten ist sehr gross.

Neben dem hervoragendem Frühstücksbuffet und den vielfältigen 5 Gang Menü am Abend bietet das Waldhotel den Gästen gegen einen günstigen Aufpreis ab Mittag in Selbstbedienung ein 3 Gang Menü bestehend aus Salatbuffet, einen Hauptgang aus der Showküche sowie ein Dessertbuffet an. Alle Speisen in einer hochwertigen Qualität wie man es sich vom Waldhotel gewohnt ist.

Wir hatten Halb-Pension und das Abendessen war stets abwechslungsreich, sehr kreativ, lecker und schön angerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Etwas ungewohnt war, dass es keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer hatte, aber sonst war das Zimmer sehr schön. Speziell aufgefallen sind mir die geräumigen Schränke, welche speziell für Skiferien sehr praktisch sind. Im Wellnessbereich hat eigentlich nur der Whirlpool gefehlt, sonst ist alles da, inkl. verschiedener Saunen.

Als Hotelgast mit Halbpension hat man die Auswahl von verschiedenen Vorspeisen, Suppen, Zwischengängen, Hauptgängen und Desserts. Das selber zusammengestellte Menü wird vom freundlichen und aufmerksamen Seviceteam abgerufen und serviert. Dieses Mal wurde der Zwischengang von zwei Damen des Kader in der neuen Showküche vorbereitet und präsentiert. Die Küchencrew unter der Leitung von Gerd Reber zaubert immer wieder neue und interresante Kombinationen auf die Teller.

Das Restaurant war sehr professionell betrieben - das Essen war vorzüglich! Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt - wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Schönes Restaurant, jedoch für ein solches Hotel eine zu kleine Auswahl, lediglich 2 Hauptmahlzeiten zur Auswahl. Die Speisen waren gut und schön angerichtet.

Unglaublich sensationelle Küche und Bedienung. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Bedienung der den Restaurantmanager persönlich war schlicht Weltklasse

Im Sommer stehen zum Abendessen ein 5-Gang Menu oder ein vegetarisches zur Auswahl. Gerd Rebers Küchencrew zaubert jeden Abend etwas anderes auf die Teller, die vom sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Serviceteam serviert werden. Das Frühstückbuffet bietet alles was man sich zum Start in den Tag wünscht.

We enjoyed the apresski from 16h45 till 18h.. outdoor.. sun.. amazin mountain panorama.. standard drinks as well as apreski sound. Dj could have played slightly better songs. Overall: great & would come back.

Zum Abendessen stehen zwei Menu zur Auswahl deren Gänge nach Wunsch auch ausgetauscht werden können. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zum Frühstück kann man sich am abwechslungsreichen Buffet selber bedienen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die vielfältige Brotauswahl aus der eigenen Bäckerei.
