I ordered the food to take away (called, asked if take-away was possible, asked when I could come to pick it up). The service is excellent and very accommodating, the staff are friendly and attentive - you can tell they enjoy their job. The Twist is definitely a highlight in Arosa and definitely worth a visit. It offers an outstanding dining experience and is, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in the region. As a starter we chose the delicious buffalo mozzarella with Valsana salmon and the quinoa salad with a tangy sauce. For the main course I chose the vegetarian Trinser ravioli with dried pears, thyme and pear foam. My companion chose a meat dish with red cabbage. We enjoyed it excellently. We will definitely come here again on our next visit and be surprised by the seasonal creations. Overall, I can highly recommend the Twist Restaurant and wish all future guests an enjoyable trip.

Jeder Gang dauerte viel zu lange bis er serviert wurde. Die Salatbowle für 17.- stellte sich als ein kleines Schüsselchen in Grösse einer Milchkaffeetasse heraus, mein Bruder hat 4 davon bestellt, bis er endlich einigermassen satt war! Selbstverständlich waren auch alle vier auf der Rechnung! Auf meinen Cappuccino habe ich ca. 30 Minuten gewartet! Als ich dies beim Kellner reklamierte war seine Antwort: das glaube ich nicht! Ein Chef de Service schien nicht vor Ort zu sein und das gesamte Servicepersonal machte den Eindruck komplett ungeschult und nicht vom Fach zu sein, sie standen nur hinter der Bar rum. Das Lokal war nicht etwa voll, sondern nur zur Hälfte besetzt, da hätte man sich wesentlich intensiver um die Gäste kümmern können! Das dauerte natürlich und so assen wir in zwei Schichten. Die neuen Steaks sahen dann etwas grösser aus, weil anders geschnitten, für eine „grosse Portion“ à la carte aber immer noch schlicht zu klein. Dass uns dann das Dessert vom Haus offeriert wurde, war eine schöne Geste und hat uns wieder versöhnt.
