We arrived at the restaurant and there was no one to serve us, the waitresses were looking at us up and down, like we didn't have money to pay, one of the waitresses was super unfriendly, aggressive, not patient enough for me to choose my menu, I asked for the wine list and the waitress did not give it to me, claiming that she had to choose the drink quickly, and all this while claiming that she was tired and that she was overworked, the manager said if we weren't happy to leave, with extreme arrogance, I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Very nice setting "feet in the water" but the quality of the cordon bleu is not at all there compared to the price (38 CHF). The burger, good meat but very thin and therefore overpriced. This place is good for an aperitif at sunset but should be avoided for eating.

The staff welcomed us and accommodated us despite our late arrival just before the kitchen closed. They were even so kind to call us to check if we were still coming. Very nice atmosphere. It really feels like you're eating in the lake instead of by the lake. Excellent meal and impeccable and friendly service.

I see a lot of 5 stars, so the setting is certainly beautiful but miniature pork ribs, with 2 rostis findus and frozen sprinkled vegetables, a Heinz ketchup sauce, all at 42 chf, excessive!!! What a disappointment this dish was and the most expensive one at that. What does the chef think?? Did he taste his dish for 42 chf? It's expensive for poor quality!! I remember that the setting and the pleasant service team

Friday evening June 16, 2023 meal with friends. The reservation had not been noted, they passed the buck, accusing each other! In front of customers it is unprofessional and rude! We were finally placed at a table and not the best place despite their mistake!! Apart from the hamburger everything was "passable...! The unprofessional service! We had to call several times for drinks and we finished our dishes without drinking! Arrived too late! The sangria is very bad! And the worst part, no excuses from the staff! A shame! A real disappointment in this restaurant which is "renowned" in Neuchâtel!!! We do not recommend!!! There is enough choice in the region! The only good point is its location! And again...! The chairs are very uncomfortable!!! And the prices are too expensive for the quantity, quality and presentation!!!

We came for brunch with friends. Everything was very good, nothing to complain about. The service on the other hand could not be better, not very warm, the impression of being disturbing. I'm not even talking about the quantity of brunch, if you're hungry go elsewhere, 1 small pain au chocolat and 1 mini croissant per person, a bowl of scrambled eggs for 3 and be careful, a cracker with lake fish terrine per person !!! 1 hot drink included but must add 2.- for a cappuccino? Add to that a mini portion of butter and a few pieces of bread and a little cold meats... 32.- for that personally, it's really a very beautiful setting I admit, that we pay. We were kindly kicked out at 12:00 so that we could leave our place without asking us how the meal went. Rather disappointed with my experience.

Too expensive to revisit and too narrow for the location

Beautiful place with lots of character, but unfortunately disappointed by the service; we invited friends to the ladies' bath for the first time for them. We ordered 3 cordon bleu and 1 berger, ok 5min later we were told that there were no more cordon bleu, change of choice. 3min later we tells us that there is still 1 cordon bleu replacement, 1 cordon bleu, 2 steaks tartare and 1 move. Same problem with ordering desserts and choosing scoops of ice cream. They come to tell us that there are no more aromas that we chose, ok we change. But icing on the cake after all these inconveniences we were not even offered the coffees, but to pay the bill of more than 300frs there's no problem.

Brunch on a Sunday. Magnificent setting, we had to wait a lot to be served especially since at 12 p.m. we had to vacate the table... Too bad... Service needs to be improved, we had nothing left to drink and each time we had to ask for drinks .

Mega cool restaurant. Former bathing establishment converted into a restaurant. Very cozy. The entrance with 3 small tables and the bar is very cool and exudes warmth and cosiness. The food was great, the quantity could have been a little more. The price at the limit. It's rather too expensive for me. We'll be back but probably just for a few beers. Definitely a must if you're ever in the region.

What a charming restaurant. Beautiful view of Lac de Neuchâtel. Ideal for a date or anniversary. I have held staff meals there, too. Such friendly people working there.

Very poor telephone reception and very dictatorial comments: ex. I phone to book for a birthday party for several people and the answer is: I offer you the following time slot of 2 hours and then you have to leave... I answer well we want to stay longer... ma'am it's that or nothing... ok thank you and goodbye 😠

Each time a pleasure for the taste buds and the atmosphere, as far as I am concerned I was never disappointed, the small terrace on the pontoon is just magnificent with your feet in the water.

Very good food, very nice place

Great place, we went there this summer for brunch but the prices are quite high compared to others in Neuchatel. Supplement for cappuccino or other coffee with milk… the cappu was quite tight, I asked for a little more milk. It was still charged to me extra. In the end, high bill for two brunches and drinks supplements.

Warm welcome, the place is unusual, the terrace magnificent with a 180° view of Lake Neuchâtel. The dishes were of good quality, we ate very well. Choice of natural wines... it may not please us but we found a nice surprise! To be nitpicky I would say that the menu is just missing perch fillets. But that's just my personal opinion 😉

Quaint restaurant along the shore west of Neuchâtel. A little side of Ligurian side. The lapping of the waves is reminiscent of the Mediterranean sea.

The place is very nice, the food is excellent but the service is very very slow! Arrived at 12:30, served at 1:45 p.m., difficult to look after the children. The table was served in two stages. And yet the terrace was far from full. Too bad, it wasn't a good time for that reason.

Romantic place on Lake Neuchâtel. The Arctic char carpaccio was great. The service staff very pleasant.

Wonderful setting, on a pontoon transformed into a large terrace, the sound of the waves and a magnificent round, orange moon rising on the horizon. The ceviche was very good and the apricot variation even better!

Lovely spot by the lake. Menu items seemed slightly pricey but burgers were a hit and the 2 weekly menu items were a great deal at chf21.50 !

A magnificent setting, a smiling and efficient team. Dishes so good that you never have enough. I highly recommend this beautiful establishment which deserves to stop there more than once. On the other hand, think about booking because many of us like it. Thanks to the team for a total change of scenery, during a meal we felt like we were on vacation on a southern beach.

The place is nice right on the lake. When we arrive, we give our name because we had reserved and we are told to sit on a table at the top facing the cash register with no view while there are 3 free tables downstairs facing the lake. So we indicate that we would prefer one of these tables. the friendly waitress tells us that we can sit there. So much the better ! The dishes are correct but expensive, fast and professional service.

Beautiful place by the water Excellent brunch

We had a wonderful dinner, the weather was beautiful but when it rained the staff went out of their way to serve us and shelter us. The staff is calm, kind, caring, smiling, the food is very good and tasty, so if you are stressed, irritated, unpleasant or just in a hurry, please go elsewhere and leave them alone or take the time..... the team is zen and really nice !!! The restaurant by the lake calms any customer who could be unpleasant!!! Have a great summer for the whole team and don't change anything, you're on top!!!

Excellent service, super friendly staff. Bad point for the quantities, at 40.-chf the tartare, we hope for a little more fries than a 6cm cup not even filled. I asked for more fries but the supplement was 7.-CHF. the same for meat, very little quantity. Too bad, I won't come back for the dishes, too expensive... but maybe for a cocktail!

It's hard not to love this unique lakeside location. The cuisine is good and healthy, the service friendly and attentive. Some may regret the proximity to the wakeboard club but that is part of the "decor".

If you don't use all the services that offer this place, your environment makes me regret it. It's like a whole place, bar, restaurant, port... etc. You have a spectacular view of Lake Neuchâtel and it is practical for riding bikes, skating or trotting in the area. Although I didn't use all the services offered by this place, its atmosphere made me want to return. It's like an all-in-one place, bar, restaurant, port...etc. It offers spectacular views of Lake Neuchâtel and is suitable for those of us cycling, skating or trotting in the area.

This establishment along the road hides its game well and lives up to its name. Terrace at the edge, or even on the lake. Frank and fresh cuisine, young and friendly atmosphere.

Magnificent place to drink an aperitif with your feet (almost) in the water.

First visit and a very pleasant discovery. A surprise place, right on the edge of this marvelous lake, still resonating with centuries-old history, and the last vestige of the Neuchâtel “baths”. First of all, the welcome is immediately very friendly, even cordial, relaxed. We are immediately at ease. The restaurant area is unique: right on the water's edge, surrounded by old cabins, sheltered or in the sun, you can enjoy 200% of both the freshness of the lake and the softness of the air. The menu is just perfect and undoubtedly reveals guaranteed freshness, 5-6 starters, the same for the dishes but yet an appetizing diversity: fish, tartare but also ceviche and its leche de tigre... we can already guess that in the kitchen we have It’s about a real personality and a desire to do well. The service is friendly, friendly and attentive. Once the dishes arrive, it's another pleasant surprise: top quality, attractive presentation, the perfect quantity. We are in a kitchen that hits the mark. Quality of meat and fish, from dressing, accompaniments down to the details of condiments. Price-wise, we match the overall quality, without too much or too little. In summary, a magnificent discovery, for those who want to have a peaceful and good time. Even the coffee is excellent! Only one hurry: come back very quickly!

A great discovery. An idyllic place, surrounded by old memories of the baths of the time. A simple menu but whose dishes surprise the taste buds. A local Rosé and all this on a simply sublime terrace with your feet in the water. 👍😎
