The staff and service are very good. You feel the warmth of a family. Burgers were hot. I think friendly people and a warm environment make it a good experience. You should try it.

Burger is not bad but fries and nuggets are not crispy. Already waited for over an hour several times and received the wrong delivery twice. Delivery staff can hardly speak German and gave the wrong price, and only Twint was not available as with online orders with “credit card upon delivery”.

I ordered chicken with fries & salad, unfortunately the chicken looked like the sole of a shoe from the can stream next door... after I mentioned it, the only answer I got was, "It's so quicker with roasting, we have so many guests every day, so it has to be "Go quickly" Since I work in the catering industry myself, I know that it is possible to prepare reasonable food despite many guests. I think it would be better if you let the guest wait 10 minutes longer so you can serve them a nice, juicy piece of meat..

We ate a Jäger and Älpler Burger. The fine burgers look beautiful served on a wooden board including salad and fries. Because our order was lost, we were treated to an espresso at the end. Gladly again another time!

Worst customer service in the world, unfriendly boss. In general I would give minus stars for this restaurant. Delivery refused because the courier had to wait a short time but we already had 1.5 hours to deliver. My colleague was banned from the house because of a bad recession on Google. I can NOT recommend!

Food doesn't taste bad, but 1. Got the wrong order, 2. Wrong drink and last but not least, wrong sauce. The location is cozy but overcrowded with flies. The employees are quite weak in language and have poor customer orientation.

Really a shame!! We always enjoyed ordering. But today we waited almost 2 hours. She didn't respond to calls... and she couldn't tell us that it could take longer. When the delivery person finally came, the food wasn't really hot anymore... Just a shame. Please provide a phone number that can be reached...

It's a shame for the German-speaking countries here in Europe. Last time a burger menu and two cans of Coke were delivered to my address for 27.-, I rounded up to 30.-. Now I wanted to order again today, but the "skilled worker" who didn't speak much German had to ask the boss about it little amount, and then suddenly you say, oh, that's only possible from 40.- This is just a mess!

So I think it's very good here! Always good and decent staff, always friendly and competent. There is also a sense of humor😁 Very pleasant appearance and nice furnishings. You feel really welcome. I can recommend it to everyone because it is suitable for a coffee, a round of beer and the food is also great!! I'd love to come back there again and again! :)

Qualität top. Lieferung super pünktlich. Geschmacklich der Hammer.

Essen war super. Bedienung war eine Hexe. Sehr frech und unfreundlich, den Besucher und den Angestellten gegenüber.

Bestellung kam viel zu spät. Leider war es dadurch nicht mehr wirklich warm. Hamburgerpattys waren schlechter TK Qualität. Brötchen waren durchweicht Zu kleine portion Pommes die nicht mehr knusprig waren und leider nur eisbergsalat mit fertigsalatsauce. preis leistung und zuverlässigkeit stimmt für mich nicht.

Sehr grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Burgern, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ideal für eine kurze Pause um ein Kaffee zu geniessen, oder die Mittagspause zu verbringen. Bei gutem Wetter toller Aussenbereich um bei einem kühlen Getränk die Sonne zu geniessen.
