Be careful with allergies or general questions about labels. Sells non-vegan products as vegan even when asked.

It's getting annoying!!!! Once open once closed that is not customer friendly. The executive floor should think about it.

Unfortunately, things have been really bad with the staff since December 1st, unfortunately they haven't got it under control at all. The coffee is terrible and the cups aren't full and the prices are way too high. A large cup costs 5.40 and is only half full. That is not how it works! and the toilets are in a terrible condition and smell really ugly. The internet says it's open until 7 p.m., but in most cases it's closed at 12 p.m. really bad for a coffee shop with a name like that!!!

5 points: Very nice café, very close to the train station and bus station, so ideal and therefore great. Cafe is of course super nice. Staff very friendly and very nice!! Negative: The Fumor is a bad design. I came in and went to the checkout and suddenly the Fumor door opened (motion detector). The big door is then open right opposite the “normal” NR-Caffè. Imagine it's full of smoke and you're walking too close to the Fumor door. Sorry, but I'm NR and since the smoking ban I've become very, very sensitive.

The coffee is very good, as you know Spettacolo. In Burgdorf you should only order take-away, because there is a rather pungent smell of smoke in the air in the shop, which is due to the separate but poorly ventilated smoking room. It shouldn't be the case that you can smell the smoke even in the room with the normal seats, so you can't enjoy the coffee at all.

Nice and cosy place to have a coffee. Very welcoming and friendly guy at the counter, they have a wide range of nice bites to go with your coffee or hot chocolate!

Dear commuters & coffee lovers The Spettacolo is a self-service train station café with stressed and sometimes very unfriendly staff! And although every customer is asked about the desired coffee strength, unfortunately all coffees have a bitter aftertaste, like old coffee grounds...!

Nice personel. The toilets may be used without consumption. They're the only ones at the train station
