I'm here often. People already know me. Prices are top compared to Zurich and the service is super nice. Ambience is always neat and clean.

Very very unfriendly staff. Were not served after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes.

I go there every Saturday for breakfast with my family and I can't complain, it's just great at Alexanders. The food is delicious and you feel like you are at home. The decorations are adapted to the respective season the staff is also friendly.

When I asked if they had snails, the very friendly saleswoman answered me. They would only have what is there since they are closing in 15 minutes. This answer is not customer friendly or good for business in my opinion.

4.70.- for 2DL of concentrated orange juice. Hammer! The service was very unfriendly... but mostly good, it just doesn't help if you experience something like that... No more.

Basically, we like being at the Alexander, both in Fislisbach and in Berikon. Nice coffee, fine dessert and muesli. On Saturday we were in the mood for a coup. We consulted the opening hours online. Nice, open until 5pm. So we drive to Berikon and lo and behold. We are standing in front of a closed door. For this reason, it is simply important that the websites are managed. That's why my recession is less good than it basically deserves.

I was left waiting at the counter for a long time even though the waitress saw me. The line got longer and the first customers left the store without ordering. I was then served - unfortunately extremely unfriendly. When I wanted to pay for the roll that I wanted to eat in the coffee directly at the counter (so as not to have to wait again), the saleswoman took a deep breath out of impatience and rolled her eyes. Customer friendliness looks different to me.

Unfortunately I have to write my first not nice review here. The service was extremely arrogant... In a sales coaching session I would use this as a "not like that" example. The Linzertorte was also way too sweet and the bread, well... It's a shame actually

Too few eating options a 1600 while the cafe is still open for 2 more hours. But the staff was friendly and ambience was pleasant.

Just like you would imagine a bakery/café to be. Food was good, although not the best I know. In my opinion, Bircher muesli was very sweet and could have been a little more muesli and a little less “Bircher”. But that's a matter of taste. In any case, the employees were friendly and accommodating and also “on the ball”... you could really see that no one was bored. I thought that was good...it created a lively atmosphere.

Poor choice of sandwich for lunch, the bread was fresh but the contents left a lot to be desired. Never again!!!

The young waitress behind the counter is extremely unfriendly. If she doesn't want to work there, she should quit. The croissants cost 1.30, even though they are not from the bakery itself, but rather industrial baked goods! The cafe itself would be nice and well located. You could do a lot more with it. For rare visits it's just ok.

Very good and fine bakery offerings. May 10, 2019: Unfortunately, I noticed recently that one of the serving daughters was very unfriendly and didn't like working. She sees the customers but stays at the bar or disappears into the kitchen. With another serving girl: there are customers who are greeted warmly, but at the same time they impatiently take my order almost as they walk past.

We always order cakes there for our birthdays. Simply great and also absolutely okay in terms of price. The price performance is absolutely right. I can also recommend everything else, especially the chocolate mousse.
