The croffles were very bland and not garnished at all as lavishly as in the photos. 20 pomegranate seeds and two half slices of orange? Instead of fresh berries as promised? When asked, they simply shrugged their shoulders and pointed out the seasonality. Price-performance ratio? Hello?

It's the best coffee experience in ZH. Second best coffee (price/taste wise) in ZH, right after ViCAFE, but it has a better atmosphere and better vegan options if you want to eat something. Good breakfast options! Children friendly. Barrier free. Very kind staff! I'm addicted to the lye croissants and cinnamon rolls. The chocolate croissants are very inconsistent. Sometimes they are otherworldly, but I also often had now some that tasted old and not very satisfying. Might be a bit dependent at what time I was there.

Cool and cozy location. Prices are quite high. Stuffed croissant 9.-

I love the products and visit the other branches often. Unfortunately, the employees here don't have their shop under control. There are huge queues and you have to queue with everyone who gets coffee, brunch etc, even if you just want to buy a croissant. I've left several times after queuing for 10 minutes because the line barely moved during that time. It would be much better if one employee only took orders and served short orders, and the other employees prepared the more complicated orders. For example, on the HB it usually seems to work perfectly. I hope that changes, because it's not worth a visit unless you want to spend the whole morning here.

Great decor, coffee is good, we can recommend the pastrami sandwich and the cinnamon roll. The only thing I would think would be cool would be if you could also order dishes like avocado toast, scrambled tofu etc. all in one restaurant. You wait a bit long if there are a lot of people waiting in line.

Surprisingly good espresso. Nice clear, fruity light roast. Croissants look below average but are actually really good. Quite pleasant experience.

Never been to a vegan bakery that’s this good before. Great variety of pastries and drinks. The space itself is massive… if you’re ever looking for a place to also work from, this definitely could be a spot. Came on a Sunday and it wasn’t too crowded at all.

Very cool shop. Vegan Bakery nothing out of the ordinary. You would also expect vegan dishes in the restaurant. 3 dishes were offered, only one of them vegan... a classic curry, but that was already sold out. It's a shame, you could do more with it, but there are better options for vegans in Zurich.

I was walking this morning to my house and then I saw this bakery and wanted to try it, I bought 2 cinnamon rolls and a chocolate 🥐 . The cinnamon roll was amazing 🤩 I really recommend it and the croissant was good but I prefer the cinnamon. Also the girl who attended me was really polite and kind. Thank you! I will repeat 🤝

Very unfriendly place! It was the only open place on our first morning in Zurich on a Sunday. We entered not realizing it is vegan. Ordered milk for my kids and after paying i realized from its color it is not a cow milk. Imagine disappointment of my kids! When i kindly ask to return it because we did not even touch it. The answer was a cold no! + it is a vegan place how can you expect to have cow milk?!? Instead she could offer a juice or something with a more friendly reply and offer a solution.

Amazing brunch! Don’t look anywhere else for (Sunday) brunch! It’s THE place to be. 💚 Perfect service and unbelievable buffet with so many vegan pastries— try the craffles (croissant x waffles and vanilla ice cream on top 🤤). There is a children corner and looots of space! No reservations needed.

BakeryBakery is a vegan paradise! Their sandwiches, Gipfeli (croissants), and Sunday brunch are absolutely delicious. I’m constantly impressed by the variety and quality of their vegan offerings. It’s the perfect place for plant-based food lovers, and the brunch is a must-try. Highly recommended!

Great bakery in a somewhat inconspicuous location. THE address for vegan pastries in Zurich-West. As an allergy sufferer, I'm also happy that Bakery Bakery largely avoids soy!

It’s a petty being a vegan specialist they don’t have almost gluten free options apart from bread. Would have died for gf muffins or cookie. Did not have gf milk either… quite of a downer, had big expectations for this place. The staff was nice and liked the location/deco tho.

Excellent bakery for vegan AND for people with problems related to milk products. Highly recommended. If you would open a shop in the Oerlikon/Glattpark area, you would see me every morning for breakfast.

Offers delicious vegan food like sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, good coffee and the best vegan croissants in town. There is also a small fridge where you can choose from different yoghurts, vegan meat and other food, which is very convenient for all vegans in the neighbourhood. A big plus is the spacious, cosy interior of the café, which can even accommodate a larger group that decides to visit spontaneously.

I am honestly giving only three stars, referring exclusively to the brunch and not the brand. I am a big fan of Bakery and so I came with very high expectations. First of all the very confusing service. Then the offer, nothing WOW for the price, we paid 70chf for two for: two filled croissants, two muesli, two coffees, two juices and a waffle (the later one cute idea ;)) And last but not least for the price we would have expected at least table service. I hope this super honest feedback of mine can help the service to improve. I write this from the heart. See ya at HB Big hug

Beautiful place with the friendliest staff and the tastiest vegan pastries. We had a lax croissant, a wrong-egg croissant and the croffle - everything was fantastic!

Super delicious vegan offer. The team was very nice and accommodating. Our dog also got something to drink straight away. Lots of space and a small play area for the kids.

A shame that there still has to be a tag "vegan". All the goods are very impressive! It should be just normal not "vegan" imho. Ambiente is very relaxing and well designed/furnished. Very very much recommended!

Delicious coffee and iced teas! The almond croissant was really tasty and the coconut “kiss” was great!! Vegan and amazing ;). Definitely coming back to try the Brunch.
