My additional tip, since this isn't really clear from the name of the branch or the website: The affiliated confectionery makes some of the best pralines ever in Switzerland, if not Europe! They are obviously based on recipes that have been refined to perfection, lovingly handcrafted, and selecting the finest fresh ingredients - each praline has a real taste personality: it is unbelievable to me how so many finely hinted taste nuances come together to form such a harmonious whole and yet, for example, one a certain fruity note remains characteristically recognizable... Conclusion: The Wälchli pralines can be downright addictive...

I went for breakfast and they refused to heat me up some of their gluten-free products because they were in the freezer. I find it unacceptable, especially given their commitment to promoting this type of product on their website.

I wanted to have breakfast there in peace and quiet with my family and have never had such unmotivated and unfriendly service. You don't feel like eating there again. The women at the counter were extremely friendly, but exactly where it matters when you're there, the friendliness wasn't necessarily given by the woman who served us.

THIS bakery has great potential to improve.

Just wanted to get the bread roll, yes it's on a public holiday and I'm too early at 7:40. The employee sees me, smiles at me and says it opens at 8. It's rather sad that we could have met the customer here.

The morning meal was great, it was worth going there, the Birchermüesli was so delicious, I'll be back.

We wanted a sausage salad for lunch and the server said she didn't have any left and that at lunchtime Pretikat very bad😡😠

Great bakery in the town. Good and mostly very fresh bread. Lots of special breads. The Berliners and the homemade ice creams are a poem. And the Zigerkrapfen... It also has Ziggis and the view and, above all, super nice staff. Very important for the town and should be given more consideration by the people of Aarbig....

I had unexpected guests and needed 10 desserts at lunchtime on a Saturday. I was given freshly filled vanilla cornets and was able to take frozen cream slices with me. Being able to take 10 desserts with you without ordering is a great service that not every bakery offers!

Unfortunately I can't recommend the cheese tart, maybe it was just an oversight, but instead of the tart having some spice inside, it was rather sweet, plus the inside practically only tasted like cream, what with the sweet taste & the onion didn't have the desired taste. Unfortunately, you don't notice the cheese either, which is questionable with a cheese cheese.

The staff at Wälchli Aarburg is unfortunately unfriendly. There have also been mistakes when giving out change (CHF 9 was charged too much), which can happen, but then you should apologize for it and not be arrogant and give the customer the feeling that they have done something wrong. Some competition would help the service level.

Had Wähe as a snack on our road trip... Were very tasty and big pieces.

So, I was just at the bakery and bought 22 homemade ice creams. As the saleswoman was typing in, I read the promotion on the display counter: 2 for 1 on homemade ice cream. Delighted with this positive fact, I asked the saleswoman after I paid with the card whether I would benefit from the 2 for 1 promotion. No, unfortunately not, you must have a voucher from the newspaper. She even showed me this from the regional newspaper, which unfortunately I don't have. Even though I pointed out to the saleswoman that I didn't think this was nice, she just shrugged her shoulders. It's a shame that only customers from the immediate area are wanted and are happy with these promotions. For me, shopping there is now done.

Eating ice cream here is very nice. Unfortunately, the host's children are extremely impaired in their well-being by writing and playing. It's a shame that you should be able to enjoy such good ice cream without any noise or screaming.

Really one of the comfortable and friendly restaurants...there is also a play area for children where they can let off steam...if you don't want to prepare breakfast on Sunday, you are in good hands here...the only problem is the parking spaces... far too little at rush hour...

Delicious cakes and friendly people - carrot cake is especially good. And homemade chocolate truffles too. Environment is relaxing and clean. Location is great - close to Aarburg-Oftringen station with good access to train and bus connections. They also sell tailor-made/bespoke cakes for birthdays and celebrations.
