Good bakery with fine products at fair prices in Zurich HB. There is a wide selection. The soup station at lunchtime is also very good. The staff is friendly and quick.

Salami pretzel: poor meat quality, bread was rather dry but ok, was very narrow & could hardly get to the sandwich shelf, staff friendly & several payment stations (quick payment process). Conclusion: just about enough

The service wasn't really friendly and didn't feel like working. No friendliness available. I bought 2 butter croissants. Unfortunately not edible as they are bone dry.

Service was friendly. Bought Berliners. Were absolutely not edible. Very dry, as if they were already a day old. Very unfortunate.

Directly in the HB and no lactose-free milk, soy milk, etc… Welcome to 2023 ;-)

Your employee, whose name is J. Java, shows a certain level of disrespect. I wanted to pay cash with coins that I wanted to count beforehand, but she snapped at me and said that she had to count them anyway and that I should give her all the money. Then I put the coins on my phone to make it easier for me to count them, whereupon she simply helped herself and took the money from my phone. Their friendliness often leaves something to be desired.

A fat, blonde lady with messy hair treated me very badly because of my tattoos, because she somehow found a political connection, which I rejected and said it was simply a tattoo that I liked, which she didn't like. She almost threw away the money and treated me like dirt. No more....

Great pastry shop with fine cakes, great cakes and other salty/sweet pastries with really reasonable and fair prices. Oh, the croissants taste good too. Highly recommended!

Are the saleswomen paid so poorly? Unfriendly and rude... Never again.

Yesterday in the HB, ordered a Valais bread with nuts. The saleswoman replied arrogantly, we didn't have that 🙈. I kindly pointed it out to you, it's in the rack behind you, and it's always available on Tuesdays and Thursdays! I then said to her, do you know what you are selling? She packed up the bread and threw it at me. I went and lo and behold, the evening I wanted to eat it🙈🙈👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻The bread was without nuts!!!!! A no go! Find decent staff who treat customers nicely and respectfully!!

We arrived towards evening and the entire range was dry. Absolutely not recommended. This baker is an insult to Zurich.

Good coffee and tasty bretzels!

Good quality bread (not just processed white bread). Friendly staff and normally well staffed for a quick service. My usual stop for coffee and rolls/Gipfeli before a train trip.

Top quality at an unbeatable price. Packaged fitness salad for 10.- with a dressing that is enough for the whole salad and tastes extremely delicious. Just THANK YOU to the lovely employees.

Very disappointed We ordered a cake for 12 people and we received the smallest piece! You definitely won't get more than 8 pieces out of it. Price 82.- Never buy from you again. And on the phone they claim that the cake is intended for 12 people with an average of 24cm! It's best to check the stencils again.😡

Excellent bakery products! The zimt (cinnamon) roll was delicious and not too sweet. A huge assortment of breads on display and amazing cakes for take away. The staff felt like they were suspicious of me and weren't exactly welcoming, but they weren't actively rude, so I would go back for the bakery products. However, it doesn't take much to train staff be be welcoming and smile.

This morning I thought to myself that I would stop by Stocker shortly before the business trip to buy some croissants... I would have preferred to go to Migros (tasty, "big" butter croissants). Small and dry at the same time and this in the morning at 7.30 a.m. How can that be? Otherwise the selection is very large, the service was okay. Prices “Zurich-like”.

Potato bread bought on Saturday, August 27th, 2022, is still completely raw inside, the practically unbaked dough sticks to the bread knife, I've never experienced anything like that! 😒

The covered apple pie is very delicious.

Apple pie is delicious. The balance of sourness and sweetness is just right, and the dough is crispy and has a nice buttery scent. It is sold at the hall, but you can also buy it in individual pieces.

If I buy 10 butter peaks and 6 ham peaks, it's probably logical that I need a bag, a sack, to carry them with me. I'm paying for it too. I no longer need this snippy, reproachful way of almost having to apologize for it. In the future I will shop elsewhere. In addition, the ham peaks have unfortunately become worse and worse, too salty and the previously popular sausages have been eliminated without replacement. I won't miss anything...

Mmmmhhh strawberry sponge cake. Almost like from my childhood. The strawberry cake is super delicious. It's great that they come in four different sizes. It was my birthday highlight in 2022. Thanks to the pastry team for this fine culinary experience.

Selling brownies from the day before (no, not cheaper of course). Everything has already been said about the lack of friendliness of the saleswomen.

Unfriendly saleswoman: When you buy a tuna sandwich, you don't even get a paper bag. Reason, the sandwiches are wrapped. Even when asked to return the goods it doesn't work because the boss isn't there. Arrived at the store, the backpack was smeared with clay because the clay mixture, the sandwich packaging (plastic on top, paper on the bottom), didn't hold. It's a shame that Stocker can't even give the customer a paper sack given these high product prices. Not even the mask is worn properly. I think that was Julia if the name is correct.

If you want to sell broken bread rolls, you can also give a discount for it...

Make great cakes. Every year for my birthday I buy 2-3 to go to the store. And I bake various things myself.

Fine pastries, fresh breads! However, stay away from the ready-made salad: it contained rotten eggs and wilted lettuce.

I stopped by the bakery today to buy a dessert. Unfortunately the saleswoman was quite unfriendly. There is a special sign there if you have allergies or intolerances and should contact a specialist. Unfortunately, the saleswoman didn't understand the question linguistically (diabetes). Very unfortunate.

Today I bought a Nutella Berliner and a Berliner with jam filling. I received a vanilla Berliner instead of one with jam filling. My Berliner wasn't filled with Nutella at all, but only covered with Nutella on the top surface. That's why I'm wondering how it can be that these 2 Berliners cost 8.20 Fr., even though the Vanilla Berliner said 2.30 Fr. This means that the unfilled Nutella Berliner cost 5.90.

Nice bakery in the basement of HB Zurich. Good selection of breads, cakes and pastries. I bought a cake here and got free candles with it. Nice service, card payment possible. Good alternative to Sprüngli.

Extremely tasty, but not accommodating. Outside of peak times, I wanted to buy the carrot cake cut into pieces. Apparently this isn't possible in a bakery... 5 minutes of explaining that you don't have time for that in an almost empty shop, but it's possible. In the end it worked for an extra charge... but the saleswoman's smile would have cost a lot more...

I was just there and bought a 'Spitzbueb' and a pretzel roll for my sweetheart - when I got home I unfortunately realized that it was a normal pretzel roll..! About half a year ago, a 'Florentinerli' had been packed in place of the 'Spitzbueb' and since I'm not allowed to eat chocolate because it immediately gives me pimples, I didn't have anything for coffee/dessert. It can't be the case that you keep getting the wrong thing! If I buy a Bürli there at lunchtime, it's hard in the evening - but only from the Stocker, from the other bakeries it's at most a little softer! Two or three saleswomen are very nice and attentive, you can forget the rest! I only go to Stocker when the others are closed!!!

Unfriendliest shop in all of Zurich. The saleswoman with short red hair actually coughed on my bag in which she then packed my bread. She clearly felt massively disturbed by the fact that people actually wanted to buy goods here, which she also made known with an annoyed sigh because I asked for a plastic bag. Sorry that I can't fit 10 croissants and a loaf of bread into my handbag. And sorry for daring to shop here. I'll never do it again, I promise! 2 stars only because of the good croissants, your employees are beyond criticism.

Bought an Easter cake at the HB branch on April 12, 2019. So - I have never bought such a floury Easter cake with such a completely banal taste. I can buy two of these from Coop for the same price

I understand that the ladies behind the counter have a lot to do in the morning. However, I have never been treated so unkindly in a bakery before. I think it's really, really sad. And smiling doesn't cost anything.

Very rude staff! See the review below where somebody felt treated rudely because they didnt speak Swiss German - even if you speak perfect Züridüütsch they are rude, dont listen to the customer and the products aren't tasty. I wouldt go back.

Regardless of whether it is a Semmeli or a Helle Bürli, we always sell old, RE-BAKED bread. I think at these prices you can expect something like that in a bakery. Maybe it's just because I look younger or do you almost always get stale bread?

Stocker has the best (covered) apple pie in town. Even lukewarm it tastes heavenly! Highly Recommended!

Very very very unfriendly staff. Totally unmotivated, no greeting or farewell. I wanted to get a ham croissant today, the unmotivated saleswoman standing around says I can get it there myself. When I asked for cold ones I should go look in the other area myself. I asked about it there and they wanted to send me back. This behavior towards paying customers is a disgrace because there are always a lot of staff standing around doing nothing.

If you locate your store in HB, you should expect tourist or foreigners whose not fluent in Swiss German. I was greeted by an extremely hostile staff just because I don’t speak Swiss German

Lousy coffee, delicious baked goods. Unfortunately, 'coffee' or 'espresso' from their machine is an imposition.

I often come here for lunch, there is a large selection of different dishes. Fair prices.

Never again! I often buy a roll or a croissant here, simply because it's right on the way: these baked goods are practically ALWAYS bone dry, even early in the morning when you actually assume that the goods are still fresh. This weekend I was looking for a Colomba on the way to the family Easter at the HB. They were only available here, so I gave it a try: A mistake! So bone dry, even the ones in retail stores are better! Not a single family member ate his piece: a real disappointment!!

Service was friendly. Unfortunately, the product (standee) was not a standee. Imagine an airy bun filled with chocolate. Unfortunately, the idea remained. The bun was only a little airy at the core, otherwise it was bone dry. If I had to guess, I would say it was from the day before yesterday.

Great bakery. Fine breads and confectionery (the Spanish rolls are legendary), fair prices and everything powered by green electricity. Very sympathic.

Great selection, the fruit tarts are particularly delicious.
