Bakery pastry Bumann AG in Saas-Fee

We loved enjoying the Berliners from the Bumann bakery. Unfortunately the quality has decreased massively, the nice exterior car is funny but unfortunately the Berlin recipe seems to have been changed. Seriously, the taste has become worse in terms of appearance. It's a shame we looked forward to it every year.

Unfriendly staff. Pastry products not fresh and really not good. Everything needs to be reviewed except perhaps the location... it's a shame.

Croissants tasted like cardboard, staff not very friendly!

Croissants, Weggli and Mutschli bought at 9 a.m. are dry and taste like they were from the day before.

The twist bread and the Valais rye bread are great. Unfortunately, the fruit bread was moldy when we tried to eat it at home/after the holidays. This despite the fact that we opened it a few days before the printed expiry date.

Walked by this place and liked the look of the Pralinés displayed in their window. During Corona times this place is still open - at least the shop and for take away. The Café to sit down is closed right now. We got a nice box of homemade chocolates for about 20 bucks. For that price we got 12 pieces. Ate them the within two days. And good news: Quality was very good. Every Praliné different. Even the one with Schnaps and a cherry inside was tasty (sorry, but the "Mon Cherie" brand Pralines aren't that good). Good quality chocolate, nice presentation, made with love you could say. Worth the price, surely a place we would check some other products out on our next visit.

Extremely unfriendly service. We asked what exactly is this and salesperson said, it’s written over there. Nothing was written over there. They should understand that not everyone is local and may not understand local language.

Very bad service, unfriendly lady at the counter. The early morning bakery products were not fresh either. The taste wasn’t good. Avoid if possible.

Unhelpful and unfriendly service by the saleswoman. Also, baked goods in the refrigerated display are not fresh and stale.

The coffee is good. Unfortunately, the freshness of the croissants and lye croissants leaves a lot to be desired. The chocolate chips weren't fresh either. We weren't too late either. At 9:20 a.m. we visited the "bakery" on Saturday morning.

Very good breakfast. It's the 1st place that opens in the morning. Good cookies at their bakery.

Very unfriendly service. If you want a pastry with your coffee, you have to pay for it separately. The ladies at the counter were very disinterested in the customers.

Christmas Eve and the slopes are closed. But thank God there is the Bumann pastry shop. Coffee and cake are simply top notch!

Fine thing, everything is great

Service was very unfriendly. We had to decide on a large/small breakfast before we sat down, as apparently only the large breakfast was covered. One person then ordered a small one and the three of us were seated at a table of two. The coffee was watery, but after some discussion we were able to pay an extra charge of 1.00 for a latte macchiato. Rolls good, atmosphere ok too

Unfriendly service and disappointing products. Maybe one day without?
