Very unpleasant waitresses, long service sighs to serve us and to pay. Good pastries however we will not come back.

We were about to get up again when after ten minutes a waitress came to ask us what we would like. The shop was also full of people and they waited just as long for service. Don't need it anymore

Nice atmosphere and cozy place but extremely rude people. We were suprised by the attitude of the lady at the bakery area. She gave a dirty fork and when i asked to change it she was pissed off. The cake we had was stale and dated. It is very hard and solid,, and when we asked whether it s normal,, she , with an attitude again, said yeah normal it is in the fridge. It tasted disgusting, she was extremely rude and unprofessional, unhospitable. We will never ever go to that place.

Half a cup of a cappuccino and the rest all foam for 5.20 fr...

Teeroom atmosphere. Exceptional breads and sandwiches, I'm not a huge fan of their brioche croissants. Reasonable price for reasonably sized sandwiches (a little more expensive than elsewhere but the quantity is there)

Excellent products and very friendly staff Pain au chocolat and croissant aren't amazing though.

Excellent bread, pastries, sandwiches and a small menu with crepes, paninis, etc. and delicious burgers! Well centered in the city of Bienne!

Unfortunately there were a lot of flies yesterday and I noticed that the floor by the red armchairs was incredibly dirty (full of crumbs). We went to another bakery! The French bakery is “excellent”! There is a good selection of breakfast options.

Early in the morning we are demotivated and asked what we want, but nothing is said. Only speaks in French. No problem since we're in Biel, but we're also super unfriendly. Complained in French. Very unfortunate. She's already ruined our morning.

One of the good bakeries in Bienne. Always a pleasure to come and eat a croissant or a brioche in the morning. The Country breakfast is truly a delight and very generous. The orange juice is squeezed fresh. The service is impeccable and the staff very welcoming

There are not many bakeries/tea rooms in Bienne but this one is excellent. The quality of the bread and pastries is well established and the brunches are excellent. The service on the other hand could be a little more welcoming.

There are better bakeries in the area, however, the staff are friendly.

It was with great pleasure that we went back to the café on the terrace to have a drink. Waiting time without service was 20 minutes. Had to order it at the counter. Then received with an offered roll and paid. The service staff does not have a service wallet with them. In the end I had to collect the change from the counter myself. The final word from the employees was that next time I would have to come inside to order it earlier, which I found to be very arrogant

Beware when dining! The food was good, but watch your money as you dine inside, because pickpockets work the restaurant while you are eating.

From today on, we as customers will pay more for baked goods using our credit cards. Because we customers have to bear the costs of the credit card ourselves. Even if it's only 1 peak and 1 chocolate peak (price: 4.-). Do we have to cover the costs of up to 5.- for the card. I wouldn't be informed at the beginning that you have to do this. I would only be informed after the purchase.

Smaller and smaller loaves and higher and higher prices. In addition: payment of less than 5 CHF with credit card is no longer accepted! This is illegal: if you accept payments with CB, you are obliged to accept all amounts.

Best croissants in town! It's great that there are organic breads. And the freshly squeezed orange juice is fantastic!

The bakery is good! But the customer service needs to be reviewed. I showed up to order a chocolate croissant. Arriving at the checkout I see the total 6.90 I look at the bag I see 3 I politely tell her that I only ordered 1 she looks at me with a drunken look and takes the bag back to take the two away from me other croissants that I didn't ask for. I apologize again even though I clearly made no mistake but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. She still dares to tell me with a haughty air yes but I thought you were watching what I was doing. I politely tell him that I apologize that I was distracted by what was happening outside and don't even say goodbye. If she doesn't like people, she should change jobs!

Very unpleasant staff. I had to wait 20 minutes after asking to pay by two waitresses. Never again.

Fortunately the waitress Mariva was very friendly because for the rest of the service it was as desired, on the menu it is written that the pancakes can be ordered from 11:30 a.m. until closing but at 2 p.m. we are made clear that the kitchen is closed and it bothers them to prepare them. The cinnamon sugar crepe was cold and the sugar was non-existent. I am very disappointed with this service because the quality of the bread is there!

Boycott, for several years I have been buying, since last Tuesday at 7 :15, the quality, choice, especially customer service is deplorable. I was rejected with a dismissive gesture by a big thing.. for no reason perhaps because I am disabled or speak French?

Extremely rude! I cannot believe how rude they were, one lady in particular When I asked for butter she huffed at the inconvenience and brought it after we had finished the breakfast, without a knife, when I asked for a knife she rolled her eyes, huffed and made a comment to another customer and they had a little giggle about it. I was unaware that I was supposed to spread it with my hands on the remaining bread. Even making the order met with perplexed looks and a derogatory demeanour as if I was causing her a great inconvenience by asking her to perform her job. The food really was not anything to write home about either.

A little expensive and there are always the cops, but otherwise super good...ah and except if you're broke, don't get the apricot cake

Good quality products, but the passenger sales service (bread, croissants and cakes etc.) requires a little effort on the part of the saleswoman "Alina". She doesn't take the time for the client, she fails to listen and liquidates the client immediately. It's a shame 😏. Sales quality is not just about speed. As for the rest of the staff, they are great.

We eat very well in general but we booked for a brunch for Mother's Day and there is nothing left to eat, they haven't put anything aside! It's not very serious!! It's really shameful...

Your waitresses with other customers are very close, even too much, they talk too much, they all say that she had dealings with certain customers, or just that she says that she did last week or this week of her story, I find their behavior undesirable and unacceptable from your waitresses.. Every morning I pass by your place, your waitresses barely say hello to me and not another word, they serve me as if I were a bad character. Yet I am very nice or even nicer to your waitresses. Smells wonderfully like fresh baked goods. The Basel bread, nut bread and baguettes are a hit!! However, only the braids and croissants are very dry

Here you can find the best croissants far and wide. Real butter croissants! I regularly order for Saturdays for our small restaurant and everything always works out very reliably despite the crowds. Even then, the service is calm and very friendly. Cheers!
