I go here regularly, even though it's not actually on the way for me. My favorite product is the braid. It's significantly more expensive than the major distributor, but also worlds better. My impression is that more butter is put in here - it costs more, but it also gives more taste. What I also like are the sandwiches. It's great that "real" bread is used for this, with a crispy crust, and not soggy white bread. My favorite is the sandwich with spicy salami. The sandwiches are very good value for money. They are no more expensive than other places, but the quality is significantly better. The restaurant makes a pleasant impression because you can see that the work here is done by hand.

It's unbelievable how you can fit 1 small slice of cucumber and a small slice of tomato into a sandwich! And it also costs so much. In my opinion a primitive way, never again, Frei, Beck Arnett and many others are much more recommendable.

Here you can have a coffee very early in the morning (from 5.30 a.m.), read the newspapers, buy bread, the dark house bread is very good.

On Sunday there are sometimes long queues, but that's because everyone wants fresh bread. Very nice employees and helpful. Large selection of breads (often very fresh and still warm) and desserts. Of course there is a “signature spitzbueb” who is quite large. A real sharp boy, exactly. The prices are of course higher than in large retailers, but they are justified by the high quality, which is reflected in the taste and, above all, the durability of the baked goods.

Very tasty pastries. The plait and the croissants (especially the ones made from lye dough) are indescribable. I think it's very cool that you can watch the bread being baked and that the staff is always very friendly. I get my breakfast here almost every day, even though the prices have increased a bit over time and the croissants have become smaller and smaller . Before Corona there was even a gummy bear for the children. Keep it up!

Here always you get the fresh bread and also they are yummy and tasty. i like also expresso here. Nice place to visit for breakfast. Also you will get a chance to see how they are preparing the bread here.

The best baked goods in the region are available here. Some things are a bit expensive though. The homemade Spitzbuben are great and the idea of ​​making two braid sizes is simply brilliant!!!

We ordered our baked goods from the Spitzbueb bakery at the 37th Bus & Residential Bus Vintage Car Meeting 2018 on the Zirkuswiese in Wettingen and it was simply perfect: fair prices, excellent bread, plaited bread and croissants as well as fast and uncomplicated delivery directly to our event site. Conclusion: Highly recommended, we're happy to spread the word! Thank you for everything, valued Spitzbuebe team... Addendum: Unfortunately, the response time was very long and we had to beg several times over the phone until we finally got the bill! According to an employee, emails are read/processed twice a week(!)... There is still potential for improvement!

The bread would be good. However, the employees often seem a bit stressed. When I wanted to place a larger order, the other customers were processed first, even though I was first in line. I then placed my order with the competition. They were happy to accept it.

I was in this coffee and special swiss bread called ''Gepfilli '' Hause. Here it is very fresh Gepfilli bread always available it is good if anybody have to read some newspaper with coffee it good place.
