Today was our opening because the Coop was being renovated. Yesterday I got a free Emmi latte, the lady almost turned away from me as if she hadn't seen me. She spoke to everyone else as she walked past. I went up to her and asked if I could also have an Emmi latte. Today I asked her again, my mistake. She then said, no, there are a lot of people who haven't gotten any coffee yet. But many people got a second coffee. While handing out cotton candy, the lady said there were no more. But then someone else came and continued to distribute the cotton candy. I found the redemption exciting but I didn't want to win it. If I want something, I'll damn well buy what I want. The dignity is priceless. Thanks Coop, it was very nice, but never again...

I think everything about the Coop itself and the staff is fine. If you go to the self-pay checkout stations and scan your Supercard, it always takes a minute before you can pay because everything is blocked. However, I also find it interesting that certain products, like these Wienerli, are getting smaller and smaller from year to year. If I buy the bread roll for a hot dog and put a Wienerli in it, half the bread is still empty. But the price is very high for so little content. This is very annoying.

Today I bought cream slices that were really inedible. Please don't make any more cream slices because you can't do that. The ones from Migris can be eaten and enjoyed

Since the new cash register was installed, everything has been laborious. It takes a long time for the supercard to register before you can even pay. Why renovate if you choose poor quality!!!!! Lots of parking spaces in the parking garage. It's a shame that you have to pay for the first hour! Everywhere I go the first hour or 3/4 hour is free.

We hardly ever shop at Coop. Yesterday we went shopping here because we urgently needed something. The store is very large, bright and beautiful. However, it has once again confirmed why we are not Coop supporters. At the checkout it is more important to talk to your work colleague than to greet the customer. While the employee was being scanned, the lady from Passabene continued to chat happily. Sorry a NO GO! Coop was final for us…!!

You should check the coffee maker. It's not normal to pay for a full cappuccino and get less than half of it.

According to the cashier, the cash register conversion is finished. Like us, she found it strange that we couldn't scan the supercard directly ourselves. Unfortunately there is only a lift for people with walking difficulties on the jumbo side.

I agree with the many, mostly positive reviews. This Coop supermarket (perhaps others too) has one MAJOR WEAKNESS: The fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, etc.) is hardly ever really fresh. And often the fruits bought there never become ripe but go straight into compost mode. E.g. bought today: basil. Elaborate packaging, a few leaves in the viewing window that look good, the majority of the contents turn out to be rotten and moldy at home 1/2 hour after purchase. Yes, I waive the replacement (there is nothing better available) and also the refund of the purchase amount. The actual damage is significantly higher than the CHF 2.20 that the product cost. In addition, there would be car expenses for 10km or bus ticket, approx. CHF 7.00, working time for 1/2 hour at least CHF 30.00. The actual damage: CHF 37.00! My observation: Coop fresh products are of significantly lower quality than those at Migros, Aldi, Lidl and "Türken". The only thing that is high is the price, around 10% to 30% more expensive than the competition. But the worst thing is: the staff and branch management know this very well and still sell the defective goods. In strict legal terms this is called fraud. And by the way: a Coop branch manager admitted to me when I made a complaint that he himself doesn't buy fruit at the Coop. He knows why.

Very pleasant shopping place. Very large range and good selection of meat products from animal-friendly farming. So you can choose between stable housing and open stable housing, which I think is important and good. Large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Self-scanners enable quick payment processes. All in all it deserves 5 stars for me.

Huge underground car park that you have to pay for directly. I think the first hour should be free. I can't say anything about the rest. It's just a coop.

Coop-heavy shopping center. Only a few without a Coop connection. E.g. the Jysk a furniture store, a Visilab, and a stationery store. Unfortunately Saturday was busy, lots of car traffic. Still ideal for shopping. Including Coop Restaurant. Also worth highlighting is the small cafe in the middle, at Fust, the coffee and service are great. 😋

A wonderful coop. Which I enjoyed immensely. There was a stand with pizza and one with raclette tasting. Then at the meat counter there were small portions and large portions. Wonderful. Which is a bit of a shame, desserts like Diplomat or Eclairs are only ever available in a double pack at the Coop. But wonderful product presentation. We had fun shopping

Very large store, but I personally don't particularly like it because you have to walk a long way to get your purchases together. After all, the underground car park is easy to reach with a shopping cart, although there is a charge. I think these should be free everywhere and carried by the stores, that's part of the customer's appreciation. I also tend to avoid the COOP stores when it comes to price.

Grossräumiger Coop mit relativ grossem Sortiment (Food & Nonfood). Besonders in Corona-Zeiten sind die breiten Gänge sehr praktisch, die Leute verteilen sich besser. Ein Stern Abzug wegen häufigen taktischen Umstellungen von Produkten an einen anderen Ort - wodurch die Suche von neuem beginnt.
