Absolutely not recommended! Rude staff, when ordering they turn their backs on you and don't listen if you have something else to order or not (e.g. briosce or gipfel)!!! Cappuccino was not as I had asked for nor was the brioche! Waitress absolutely in a bad mood!

Nice place with a few tables inside and outside on the square. The staff is always very friendly. The sandwiches/focaccias are also good.

Worst bar in Ticino, I've been twice, the slow service and the waitresses are pissed off, also if you pay the bill with a card under 5 chf 50 cts of xtra I don't even know if it's legal but it's the first and only place where I've felt that price increase to be avoided at all costs

Good morning to those who read my reviews. The service at Caffè Cerutti is very slow, the tables are not always clean and the owner is always very unpleasant and rude! I thought it was a problem of the crisis of last spring, but I see instead that it is a problem of the character of the gentleman who serves the customers tables. I've been there several times because the coffee is excellent but it's always been the same with the service, so I no longer waste time being served a coffee and an apple tart, not even fresh from the day!! Very kind instead in the bar restaurant with recipes from Mauritius 🇲🇺.

For my part, I can say that so far nothing has disappointed us! The place was a taste explosion in my mouth every time. I think the restaurant is contemporary for all kinds of events - it doesn't matter whether with friends, acquaintances or relatives ;-). The waitresses are always extremely friendly and extremely obliging. This makes me and my husband really happy every time we visit. We are completely positively surprised. We both will definitely come back.
