We were there with a group of children. When the young lady at the counter scooped up the first portion, the owner suddenly crushed it in front of us because the portions were apparently too generous in his opinion. He completely embarrassed her when he forbade her to serve portions with more than two flavors in the future. We were really embarrassed as strangers, you don't do that in front of customers. The portions that the owner then served were correspondingly smaller and almost a little stingy for the price. The ice cream tasted a bit artificial.
