Bar Monte Carlo in Bellinzona

I had lunch with colleagues and, to stay light, I chose the Monte Carlo salad much praised by the manager. It promised a mouth-watering mix of ingredients, complete with shrimp. Upon arrival I thought it was a joke: a square saucer with 4/5 green leaves, a few slices of cucumber, a handful of corn, a few olives and the famous shrimps (so tiny that they looked like fishing worms🤦‍♂️). Salad so small that I thought it was a welcome plate😂. But no! It was the salad that cost me 15.-!! My colleagues didn't fare any better, on their plate I imagine there were the worst gnocchi bought in the worst shop in the area. I recommend reviewing the ingredients used and increasing the portion of the salad.

The number and quality of live music events in Monte Carlo is impressive! Point of reference for those who make and love played music!

Truly compliments to the staff. They were cleaning up to close, despite this they served us a hot drink anyway. Having to clean up again!! Unimaginable in other bars. Thanks thanks thanks
