The Molto Bene in Laufen has had a new look since July 6, 2023. It offers very fine Neapolitan pizzas. The ingredients are high quality, they have a constantly changing range (approx. every 3 months) with seasonal ingredients. For dessert, I can highly recommend the homemade cannolo al ricotta or tiramisù. Generally everything is homemade! You can taste it and it's fun to eat. The young host couple creates a calm atmosphere, tries to fulfill all wishes and is open to constructive feedback. I generally think pizza is best when you eat it on site, but I've also taken it with me and it was still delicious. We are happy to recommend the restaurant.
