Zona Carbonico 58Very cozy little restaurant with a counter. Rustic, authentic. Well staffed with local craftsmen who had their lunch. I only had one drink, but I was able to observe how familiar the interaction was between the landlady and the guests. Everything was quick and wordy and cheerful. The plates with the food looked very fine and richly filled. The smell from the kitchen was so seductive that I regretted not having enough time to dine here. By the way, the prices for German-speaking Swiss are more than moderate! If I come back to this region, another visit is guaranteed!
