Nothing new in 15 years, but the service partially compensates for the other shortcomings. A bar for drinking.

Today is August 26th, and after my train ride, I decided to grab a coffee at this cozy bar. The Latte Macchiato is delicious, and the bartender is incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you for making me smile. Btw, cards are excepted

Bar with outdoor area offering sandwiches, pizzas, some first courses such as pizzoccheri and piadine. We tried sandwiches and piadina and they were good. Service a little slow and not very accurate

English isnt great here but food and drinks are. Convenient to train station and they gave us free watermelon which was great for the hot day.

Historic bar in Chiasso, it was already present more than 100 years ago and nothing has changed, except the furnishings.

Very simple place, discovered a few months ago, but a regular customer every time I have to cross Switzerland. Kind, friendly and very nice girls... Average beer for less than 3 CHF, HD TV with international programs... The right break before the Gotthard and northern Europe... Fantastic location, in front of the Chiasso FFS station

Pleasant place like the bartender

Very welcoming bar with very friendly and efficient staff, in a good location, between the town center and the station. Ideal bar, for midday and 7pm aperitifs, which are good and with a wide variety of choice every day. Reachable on foot and by town buses. Take a look.

Chiara the bartender is an angel!

I went for a drink. Chiara who works here is very kind. The bar is small but well organised. The only problem is that, as also happens in our bars in Italy, those who drink too much say things they shouldn't. Expelled by the Swiss, the neutral country par excellence is not one of the best experiences. Maybe if these regular customers who drink aren't there, I might even go back. Otherwise all I have to do is change the sidewalk. We Italians are admittedly ignorant. It doesn't seem like a fair compliment to me to quote a very small part of the conversation that took place on 06/21/2017
