Clean and welcoming environment, quality service and products, friendly and helpful staff, large spaces and numerous tables both inside and outside, well shaded in summer and on the covered veranda in winter. Great variety of products, quality of food and products is excellent, good value for money, I recommend it as a point of reference in the center of Chiasso. There are brioches of all flavours, classic and even vegan. There are parking spaces in the surrounding areas.

The quality of the food and products is excellent, the value for money is excellent, recommended as a point of reference in the center of Chiasso.. The service is excellent, fast, quick, the staff is always available to customers, I highlight a lot of friendliness and desire to talk and exchange a few jokes, situations always appreciated by customers

I often go for breakfast... the staff is very friendly but Jacopo is impeccable! Very fast, fully operational at 7:00 in the morning, after a few times he keeps your habits in mind, unfortunately he can't do much chat because he really has a lot of work to do when he's alone. The place is very popular, the brioches are delicious and they have all flavors, classic and even vegan. A few steps away there are several paid parking spaces. I've never stopped in for lunch so I can't judge. The only flaw is that it is not perfectly clean but this is not the fault of the staff who physically don't have the time to do it. If the owner found a solution to this little problem everything would be perfect!

I've been here a few times for lunch to eat a piadina. The staff is very kind and helpful and ready to advise in case of food intolerances or preferences. Having simply eaten a piadina with a glass of water, I cannot evaluate the other dishes. The piadina was nice and crunchy and full of ingredients. The place is very simple, easy-going and welcoming.

Typical Italian bar: you don't know how much a cup of coffee or cappuccino costs because there is no menu😀 Large Ginseng (according to Italian standards - half a medium cup) costs 3.40 francs. But it's good👌 However, there are offers on the tables at special prices.

Very often I go to other places but here I feel as if perhaps at my home, then with the prices that are in Chiasso, here is the only place where apart from the free kindness of the staff you can have Breakfast for little money. For example, only 5 francs for an orangeade + cappuccino + brioche.

We had an aperitif with friends sitting at the tables set up right on the main street... the appetizers served were good...

I happened to meet Ines, my girlfriend, for a quick coffee which actually turned into a real snack. Intrigued by the orders of the other customers, we also ordered an Ovaltine, I hadn't drank it since I was a child, I assume that in Switzerland it's not that unusual. She instead took a cappuccino artfully made by the boy behind the counter who we discovered was Italian: Jacopo. Excellent. The foam on the cappuccino was perfect. Jacopo confessed to us that cappuccinos are his great passion, in fact we heard many customers ordering one exclaiming: "make me a cappuccino like only you know how to make it". Nice and welcoming bar but I must say that the professionalism of the aforementioned guy dominates. I've seen many bartenders get involved in disinterested chatter with customers, but Jacopo has a natural talent: an ability to hold the table (precisely) and have a chat with everyone.

It should be the living room in Chiasso given the centrality but instead it is dirty and unkempt.

Local located within the beautiful setting of the city of Chiasso; in the pedestrian area Unfortunately there is a lack of parking which could increase the number of customers. Assorted clientele especially during the lunch break. Excellent cuisine, friendly and competent staff with a fine elegance that justifies the above average price.

The bar offers very good sandwiches and focaccias. However, we found a sharp plastic object inside a sandwich.
