It was late at night around midnight, we tried out this ZFC place, it actually tastes better than McDonald’s for me, I’d eat more often from here rather than McDonald’s They also have so many burger options, appetisers such as ( fried jalapeños - onion rings - fries and so many more ), sauces ( I recommend the garlic & barbecue) and their crispy chicken cheese burger was good too. I very seldom go out of my way to write a review at restaurants etc - but this place really left me feeling terrible. I opted with this store for a lazy dinner as I was tired and the name amused me. I walked in and the staff were extremely un-attentive and seemed to be angry when you try to place an order which was unsettling. Just as I was about to leave I was called over to place an order. I ordered a combination of chicken with fries and a drink - parting with nearly 30CHF (as a tourist who's used to paying ⅕ of that for the same portion). I went back to my hotel room to have the food and about 5mins in, I noticed an odd taste - I saw that the chicken was raw and immediately had to spit it out. I then had to vomit and hoped I didn't get food poisoning. Yes, this is a very graphic bit of detail, but this place needs the critical feedback to improve their service and food safety standards

Ordered shortly before 9 p.m., received cold and dry food without sauce at 10:30 p.m.👎

Bad Behavior of Staff Member (Walker)... I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. My friend and I came in for some fried chicken on 2nd of Feb, Thursday evening and ordered number 47, dined in and helped ourselves to some sauces that were next to the table. Non of the staff member told us anything about the sauces as it seems if you dine in you could help yourself with the sauces, so we had no issues with it. However, when we decided to take some of the chicken to go and opened the fridge next to our table to get some sauces for the remaining chicken, I was shocked when one of your staff members very quickly told me and my friend "Hey, That is stilling!!!" :-o - accused us of stealing. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and apologizing, he made us feel like criminals. All he had to say was that we had to pay for additional sauces, but instead, he chose to shame us. I was extremely disappointed and hurt by this experience, especially considering the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members. This type of behavior is unacceptable and has left a negative impact on our perception of your restaurant, as it was recommended by my friend. I hope that this matter will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken to ensure that this does not happen to any other customers in the future. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Best fried chicken 🐔 in Zurich. It took me 14 years to find this place and I'm so happy I did. I can highly recommend the crispy chicken and avocado 🥑 (with added cheese 🧀) Burger 🍔. The spicy mint dipping sauce is also a winner! Quality is consistent!!!

Was there today at 11:45 am. The store was closed even though the opening times on Google and on the website stated 11 a.m.

Opening hours are not correct, it just stood with the door closed (Monday).

They are my neighbors but above all the food is very good, the service is very good and the atmosphere is quiet, it is very good, very comfortable and very comfortable. What I recommend here is the XXL burger, which is very good and is wonderful.

I give one star, first time i live then i call friends to show the amazing food, a big mistake, they send to us a wrong food, was oily, and they was very rude by treatment with us… my friend says you never bring me in a place like this. They give us a wrong food as we requested! I will go again to check the food and the service maybe they realized!

It's a struggle to find a good halal fried chicken shop in Zurich. Came across ZFC which ticks all the boxes. The food is good and the taste is there. Only issue is they tend to refry the food. I was here as a tourist and found the food to be expensive.

Can't say much about the atmosphere as the place was empty. Most people like me just take out their food

The crispies were delicious. Unfortunately no meat declaration. Not even the staff knew where the meat came from. A pity!

Food was greasy, fries tasted funny. The coleslaw was the best and I hate salad…

Unfortunately, it seemed as if the chicken and fries had been thrown into the deep fryer again. Very fatty because the breading didn't cover the whole chicken and so the fat naturally gets stuck inside. Otherwise nothing to complain about in terms of taste. If you changed the oil more regularly and turned the chicken completely in the batter, it would be worth recommending. Unfortunately not like that

Thanks for the Vegipatty, which has probably been lingering in the back of the dirt for years because no one veggies with you. A few hours later I puked in a stream and the whole portion came out nicely :) hang loose, spray on. My stomach was extremely ashamed of it, shame about the fries tho! what a disgrace. :( actually it's my own fault if I order vegi at a chicken restaurant. spray on tho! keep on spraying the patties my fellow vegetarians! whot te fakk >.<

Yes the delivery took a long time, yes the service is not like in a 5 star restaurant but the food people are halal and super tasty! Since I found the store, I have ordered there 3 times and once in Niederdorf! I hope that this company expands throughout Switzerland!

The quality is declining, two days ago I went and had the fried chicken which was very greasy, very heavy and lacked taste. Same for burgers. Many people seem to change who do the cooking which does not help Very disappointed as it was one of my favourite.

Cheese balls were hard and fries were soft, should be the other way around and at least salted please.. burger was dry and cheese was old. You can also order 100x “no sauce” with it!

I paid a total of 45 francs for adding french fries to the bucket chicken menu through delivery. The fries were not crispy overall and there was a lot of batter stuck in the middle. The fries were soggy. The chicken legs had a slight chicken smell. The delivery was quick. . (Looking at other reviews, I think it might be better to go to the store and eat it in person.)

I've been waiting for a deep fried chicken place to arrive in Zurich for many years. I went to the ZFC in Nierderdorf twice and now the one in Baeckerstrasse the last two times, and it just gets better and better. I've no idea why almost every other chicken place only does breast, processed burgers and wings, when the best deep fried chicken is using legs and thighs. They've got it right, and I love it! If more people knew about this place it would be rammed every night. Great prices for Zurich too. Keep up the good work gentlemen!!!

Closest thing to the big global chain. The chicken and burgers are excellent, but the Szinger and spicy wings needs a proper kick of spice/cayenne heat and they would have it nailed! Very good quality and reasonably priced. Will be ordering again!

The chicken was quite good, although i would like the batter to be a little more crunchy. The fries weren't that good. Not bad over all.
