After the first visit at lunchtime we were excited about the meal in the evening…. Conclusion: Very, very nice! Go there and simply enjoy vegan food in 2-3 courses and tapas form. We had our Labrador with us; the warm, competent service for welcoming you an additional “thank you vöu mou”.

Must visit place if you're plant-based. This restaurant is a gem. Healthy, creative surprise menu with approx 12 different small dishes to try. We loved all the interpretations with mushrooms, celery and beets. Definitely recommend when visiting Lucerne. Service and value for money were great, too.

A really incredibly good upscale vegan restaurant, with great service. In the evening you have the choice between "small hunger" and "big hunger" and then get 3 or 4 courses, the whole thing can also be ordered with a drink. Clear recommendation!

The hosts are very friendly and the food was to die for. The accompaniment with the non-alcoholic drinks was very exciting and varied. The Bayts is a place where vegetarian cuisine can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner. We can only recommend Bayts.

The dishes were served sharing style and we opted for a three and two course combination - simply delicious! Bayts is definitely worth recommending to anyone looking for exceptional enjoyment. We were here for the first time today and tried the vegan kebab. As a non-vegan, I have to say this was one of the best kebabs I've ever had. Great bread, spicy, fine sauce, top! We were also able to chat briefly with the owner. Innovative and fresh restaurant with high-quality cuisine. An absolute must try!

I like a good piece of meat every now and then and (although always open to new things) I was a little skeptical at first about what to expect... but it was simply great! Food: So tasty and super varied, really great cinema; Concept: tapas style in several courses, perfetto for me; Host: Full passion for what they do and a short story for each wine, just great! Thank you for this perfect (and definitely not the last) evening at Bayts!

Such an increadable restaurant, managend by the owners who cook and write their own cooking books. The vegetarian food is amazing and so creative and beyond what you expect. I was here now several times, best service and food. If you drink wine they also offer a very nice selection of local wines, you don't find in any shop. Food made with so much love and passion - thank you to all the team.

Found the food here very tasty. The service is top! Very friendly and efficient. Also attentive. I also think the seating in BAYTS is great, very relaxed and open. When it came to food, the starter and second course were excellent for us, we also found the third course to be good in terms of taste, but it was a bit too mixed with flavors that didn't really match. I gave the feedback and what's great is that feedback was received really well. Thank you, I would love to come back!

Super tasty and really inexpensive lunch menu! :) Went there at lunchtime and had a burger and a kebab - both were really great. The soup and salad as a starter were really great! Burger Menu 24.9. and Döner Menu 19.9.- are really okay, especially when you consider that everything is fresh and vegan :) 100% recommended!

Absolutely fantastic! 😍 We were there for dinner and were "big hungry", i.e. three courses of shared "BAYTS", i.e. appetizers, with a drink (non-alcoholic). I was overwhelmed by the creativity, the perfectly coordinated courses, the variety and presentation (I think the individual courses were even color coordinated). The service is outstanding, I have rarely experienced it so well, and the food was so, so delicious, an absolute taste experience and very filling. We also had dessert, which didn't necessarily have to be there, but we didn't want to miss it - unfortunately, it's very rare these days to get purely vegan desserts that don't just consist of fruit sorbet. I, a picky eater for a long time of my life, even ate vegetables here that I would otherwise have spurned for a long time, and that was really great too. Simply because the preparation was so special and extraordinary and I couldn't resist at least trying it. All in all: It is clear here that this team works with a lot of passion and passion and pays attention to every detail! 💚 The furnishings and atmosphere are also great, lots of plants make it very comfortable, but when it got more crowded, it was a bit too loud in the dining room for my taste at times. Prices are quite high, but definitely justified for what is on offer here. Only points of criticism: The toilet wasn't 100% clean, there was a cobweb etc., that could have been better checked and cleaned. And in my opinion, the website promises "too little". I thought there would be a few snacks, but that was more like fine dining. (At least for my understanding, and I'm only reporting on the offer in the evening) 🍽️ I can't wait to come back! Highly recommended. 👍

Wonderful vegan creations! We were very hungry, which was served in three courses. We were surprised with many different delicious components, and there was also a great selection of different wines, including natural wines, which you should definitely try! The hostesses were also able to provide detailed information about the processing and origin of the wines. All around a great culinary experience!

A new favorite place in Lucerne. Mega tasty and creative dishes, matching wines and an ambience that invites you to linger. Service was on point, the cauliflower wings were a highlight. Also absolutely recommended at lunchtime.

Awesome! A huge gastronomic enrichment for Lucerne. For everyone, but especially for vegans. Price-performance 1A, service 1A plus, the dishes imaginative, harmonious, professional, an absolute delight for the palate, the wines an experience. BRAVO. Keep it up.

I was pretty excited (even as a non-vegan) 😍 the food was really good and varied, the wine pairing was great, the service was excellent, the decor was also very nice. Everything was done right, I can't say anything negative 😉

Food is average. Simple and good but not particularly special. What surprised me a lot was the price of tap water. CHF 7.- for one liter while they sell it saying a donation is made. However, found out that not even CHF 1.- is effectively donated to the NGO. For me, thats not fair and would rather order a beer instead.

Nice concept, offering two set menu options with wine pairings. I have a nut allergy and the staff went above and beyond to cater for the allergy and provided me with alternative dishes. The service was 5 stars and the food tasty but the menu is a bit pricey. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend a visit!

Very tasty food. Creative and surprising... The hosts put a lot of passion into it and obviously live and love gastronomy. The restaurant is very nice and high quality. I found the noise levels to be very high at times. I highly recommend a visit and look forward to my next one. I wish the young team a good performance and much success!

Food was very good. As a non-vegan, I was pleasantly surprised. However, portions are very small. We ordered the smaller of the two menus for 40.- (alternative was about 70.-). When we asked about a supplement (which was offered to us when ordering), we were told that we would have had to order the large menu. An absolute no-go!

Super tasty and imaginative menus. For lunch we had pesto pasta with nut mesan and poached tomatoes with somehow caramelized cane sugar, really great! For dessert, a huge brownie with a crunchy chocolate base and pomegranate seeds, a dream - as is the interior design. It's a bit of a shame as there are no outdoor spots in the sun (yet)...
