Food is just as delicious as it is at the other locations.

The food was ok. The pancakes were really tasty. The rest was not edible. Watery coffee and the smoothie was undrinkable. The worst was the service. There were 8 of us who ordered croissants, which were never delivered. Then the wrong food was delivered way too late. Not even an apology, just a curmudgeonly look. By 1100, various products were already sold out. On a Sunday at a brunch restaurant?? Definitely way too expensive for what was delivered. All in all, a really consistently bad experience. A pity.

Love the food. The bowls and salads are amazing! Everything is always fresh and the service is always very attentive and nice. One of our favorite places for plant based food in ZH.

What I imagine is Sunday brunch. The place is pretty and the service is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, many dishes on the menu were not available (e.g. bowls, croissants, pain au chocolate, etc.) and we had to wait forever, even though there wasn't much going on yet. I got my order about half a time before the others (i.e. I was already finished by the time my companion's food arrived) and I had to wait an hour for the coffee (only black coffee). All in all very disappointing and a unique experience.

I've always wanted to try BEETNUT! And I have to say it was worth it. I ate very well! The cafe is furnished in a very modern way, you immediately feel very comfortable.

Very good restaurant. Super friendly staff!!!!! (Elena served us here twice) and the quality is good. I can happily recommend it, even we as meat eaters went there twice for breakfast. Thank you and see you soon in Zurich

Great location and very friendly service. Potential for 5 stars in itself. But unfortunately the two ok smoothie bowls (Aloha Blua and Dragon's Blood) were hardly edible: The ingredients were not thawed and processed too quickly. The mixture (as well as the toppings) of the bowls was frozen - like “iced bowls”.

The place looks amazing full of plants and the menu it’s really good, yesterday I came and everything was perfect but today the girl who attended us (the one that speaks Spanish) was very unfriendly and told us that there was no bowl or smoothies today

The food was good. But we didn't like the service staff. It can always happen that something is forgotten, but at the end of the billing process I told her that she had forgotten the eggs. An apology would have been appropriate but nothing came. Friendliness and sympathy was unfortunately Unavailable. Naia what the last visit for us.

Was here for lunch with a friend. The bowl was ok, but the size for the 22nd was ridiculous. After 2 hours you feel like you haven't eaten anything for lunch. It's a shame that healthy often means eating little.

The vegan cappuccino was curdled up. They do not verify the required COVID certificates. That's the second and last time I was disappointed in this chain.

Great bowls and salads, refrshing & good portion size. Glutenfree (and vegan) dishes are labled! Makes ordering so much easier :) The ambiente is stylish with lots of plants, lovely!

Visiting vaccinated traveler who was denied access to eat indoors with my covid certificate from my country today. The cantor of Zurich explicitly mentions all visiting certificates can be accepted until 24th of October where the Swiss covid certificate is accepted and that the digital copy isn’t necessarily until after (made sure to confirm this with the local bureau). I’ve had no issue at other places until today when the gentlemen at the counter didn’t even bother trying to hear that I was telling the truth and told me very rudely I could eat outside. I took my money somewhere else to a place that had no issue and knew the current regulations. If the government of Switzerland granted me access to the country, confirmed my entry and vaccination requirements, wouldn’t you think that would prove my vaccination status that aligns with the local requirements? If you’re a visitor, find another location with friendlier staff who will allow you to show you that they are wrong in their assessment in enforcing local rules.

While the recommendation from a friend was to try this place out because of its delicious food, unfortunately that was not possible. After ordering the food, 1 hour went by and to our amazement they had forgotten what we ordered. We then decided to stand up and pay, but the waiter apologized and let us go without paying for the coffee and tea we consumed while waiting. It was apparent the kitchen and waiters were understaffed, so hopefully this is a sign for management to either address the shortage or limit the tables to ensure proper service.

The Beetnut Restaurant has a very homey interior and fantastic brunch dishes. Unfortunately, the wait until we were served and our food was a bit long.

Sometimes long waiting times, plates etc. are not cleared away. Unfortunately there are hardly any gluten-free options. Food was acceptable but nothing special...

The food was indeed delicious so as the coffee. But me and my friend were really disappointed by the service during our brunch. It took the lady 20mins to even order our food and we got our coffees in paper cups while half of the tables had mugs. Food came relatively cold as it was standing over 5 mins on a counter right behind us before someone brought it. Our plates were never cleaned from table neither were we asked if we want something else.

Best vegan/vegetarian restaurant in town. Fresh ingredients, great recipes, better service. Ideal for lunch break during the week or for brunch on the weekends.

Very enjoyable! Went there with a friend on a Sunday afternoon and not only is the food great (I can really recommend the huevos rancheros), but also the service, fast and friendly. And the place is cute :)

Very friendly and personable staff, the restaurant itself is nicely decorated with lots of plants. We only drank a little, so I can't say more than that the iced latte tasted delicious, the homemade iced tea did too and the latte macchiato was also okay. The only drawback is that I felt slightly uncomfortable there because in my opinion it was a bit dingy but not everyone is that sensitive.

Were there for the 2nd time today, Saturday July 10th, 2021. Last visit December 6th, 2020…. Food and quality 3.5* stars out of 5*. Service: disorientated, un-professional, no communication possible in English - Spanish - German, wrong food delivered, half forgotten. Not OK for the price! Service rating 1* star... No thanks, never again!

Friendly staff and very delicious vegan food. We really enjoyed our meal there with our puppy. We also like the style of the restaurant. We will definitely go back. :)

Nice vegan food in general, I liked the autumn bowl with Rosenkohl and Eierschwämmli. Price was reasonable. But I would never order the falafel again, it was extremely dry and not good to eat.

Super friendly & helpful staff . This is my first time ordering in Beetnut so the kind lady suggested Warm Poke bowl , fantastic , tasty hearty & fresh.

My companion and I went for brunch here last Sunday. We are both vegan, so we ordered vegan brunch “Mains” and “Sides” of vegan scrambled eggs. We received egg omelettes, made from real eggs. The waiter neither offered a proper apology nor offered not to pay for the eggs. I will therefore not visit Beetnut a second time, nor can I recommend it to vegan acquaintances or friends.

Enjoyable green environment for a coffebreak!

The food was good. But I felt like the staff didn't care that we were there. We were largely ignored; the drinks were empty and no one came and asked if we would like to drink something else. It took a long time before we could order our food, even though the restaurant was practically empty. It almost feels like we're intruding.

After the long closure during the lockdown, I was really looking forward to my favorite bowl (Buddha Style). Despite all the Corona measures, I felt very comfortable, not least thanks to the nice service. I will stop by more often again.

I was shocked to find on the tables cards with an aggressive urge to customers to clear up their trays. Not having a choice to upload the image, I’ll have to quote it: Hey, you,! - Yeah, you. Didn’t you forget smth? Is this the way to treat your customers? I would like to see that twisted person who came up with such a deplorable idea. The people who work there seem to be friendly and welcoming, the incongruity with the little nasty cards shocks even more. The reply from Beetnut was hilarious. According to them, in order make people listen, one has to be rude. Surprise, surprise, up till now we have all been taught that being polite is what does the job. Maybe the person who wrote to me about the power of rudeness is in the wrong business?

Overpriced and the food has little taste.

We ordered today via Toogoodtogo. The takeaway box was practically empty. Accordingly, you pay too much for the content. The order “value” that is stated does not correspond to reality. If you pay the regular price, the box will be filled to the top. ;-) We didn't feel welcome. For these reasons we cannot recommend this restaurant for takeaway. Edit: Then you have to change the value of the order in the app from 21.00 francs. Because this is how the consumer is deceived!

I was here once and really enjoyed it. Went back again at 21:10 (on their door it says they are open till 23:00 and on google till 22:00) and it was not possible to eat... disappointing

Perfect place for a quick bowl lunch. Ordering with the first name is very nice. Ingredients crisp and fresh.

Delicious vegan choice in Zurich. A diverse menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a lot of health choices and also sweet treats. The service and vibe are lovely as well. Definitely recommend!
