Yesterday we had dinner with 13 people. They provided a long table especially for us: the service was super hospitable and the atmosphere was very cozy. The meal was delicious. All of our friends loved it and said they wanted to come back themselves. In my opinion, “Bei Fouad” is the best Lebanese restaurant in Zurich. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Last night, my friend and I had the pleasure of dining at Bei Fouad, a Lebanese restaurant here in Zurich, and it was an absolute delight. As someone who recently moved to the city, finding this place felt like striking gold. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful evening. The decor, which beautifully captures the essence of Lebanon, added to the authentic experience. Now, let's talk about the food. It was simply exquisite! Each dish was a burst of flavors, perfectly balanced and true to its roots. The hummus was creamy and rich, the tabbouleh refreshing, and the grilled meats were cooked to perfection. The highlight for me was the mixed grill plate, which I highly recommend.

Grill plate did not correspond to what was on the menu. Various things (meat/vegetables) were missing. What little meat there was was lukewarm. One of the worst Lebanese I've had so far. Don't understand the reviews here. Unfortunately, we went to this restaurant because of these. I would like to save others from this mistake. I'm reviewing a grill plate for two, I can't say anything about shawarma. Delivering something like that for an impressive 48 euros is simply not possible. We were there for the first and last time.

A wonderful Lebanese restaurant. The owner was very welcoming. The food was very authentic and delicious, the portion size was really good with a reasonable price. I was impressed by the variety of vegetarian options: I would definitely try the veggie mezze platter again. I also tried a new dessert they are planning on adding to the menu and it was very tasty. All food is halal there, with no alcohol served. They do have coffee. The seating area is comfortable and tastefully decorated, I love all the plants around you.

Order completed via Uber eats. After an hour still no food! Called GF on the phone, food arrives. After a total of 2 hours still no food. Called again, heard some excuses, canceled order. Conclusion Paid for food, stayed hungry, had circumstances, lost trust. If you had walked the 3 kilometers you could have delivered it. Shame, shame, shame.

I can really recommend the food and the restaurant Bei Fouad. I ordered takeaway food for 20 people at short notice for a housewarming. The service and food were excellent. I received a very friendly welcome and all the dishes were explained to me. I was also allowed to use several of the restaurant's boxes to transport the food. Everything is super uncomplicated and, above all, delicious!

Hummus is super delicious! 1 star deduction for the ambience... it was rather fresh in the restaurant with the open doors. Take away was widely used. Otherwise...clear recommendation! This place is great! I've been coming here for more than 2 years. Today I finally decided to write a review. Everyone here is very friendly, the interior and exterior dining areas are clean and have a nice relaxing vibe. This is a great spot to pop by for lunch, or for a big group dinner. They are quick, responsive, and always remember a face. 10/10 highly recommend.

At Fouad, food is always delicious!

We ordered the food as a catered dinner for one of our events and the whole team was thrilled and agreed that the food was/was simply delicious/great. The mezzes are particularly suitable for several people / company, as you can order so much more selection and have it available to "try out" and it's worth it from A to Z. Plus everything is fresh and homemade. Price/performance ratio also very fair. I can only recommend it as there is something for every taste including flexi and vegetarians. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the ambience. But you have to try a meal either way, as take-away or on site.

I've known Fouand for about 4 years, I've always been happy until that day. Today there was a new chef who I didn't know until today. I ordered 3 shawarma to take away. When I got home I noticed that they were so small that I could hold them with one hand, so I went back and complained. We argued, he said that it was normal, but he relented when I said that I had been eating with you for 4 years. When I took a bite of the new shawarma, I noticed that he had put burnt meat or coal in one of the shawarma. Had to throw one away. As I said, I've probably eaten around 50 shawarmas at Fouand's and never had any coal in it. Coincidence?

The extensive menu offered many options, but the shawarma was the star. I ordered the shawarma with spicy sauce as I love spicy food. The order was taken quickly and the food arrived promptly. The hot sauce gave the dish a pleasant spiciness without overpowering other flavors. Every bite was a delight. The juicy falafel in combination with vegetables and sauce was simply heavenly. The staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, my shawarma experience at Fouad was fantastic. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. Fouad is definitely recommended for shawarma lovers.

I really like this place, prices are extremely fair and the food is tasty. I love their Sujuk wrap. Since they renovated the interior also the atmosphere is much better (and not anymore like a swiss coffee place for old people)
