For the third time that I have come, my opinion remains the same. The pizzas are delicious, a real treat. On the other hand, the service is slow...too slow...it's a shame!!!

Recently visited, Bella Napoli di Luigi pizzeria in Bulle gave me a true Neapolitan pizza experience. The dough, light and airy, with this perfectly puffed and slightly crispy edge, testified to the expertise and passion of the pizza maker. Rare to find such authenticity outside of Italy, I highly recommend Bella Napoli to all lovers of real Italian pizza. A must in Bulle for an authentic culinary experience. THANKS

The best pizza of my life at BellaNapoli. Impeccable service and even more, they really went out of their way to help us that evening (twice!). They are smiling, helpful, friendly, an Italian atmosphere for pizzas as good as in Naples. Go for it. I'm already going back there!!

Very warm welcome however a little disappointed with the food. The foccacia crudo is not too interesting and I have eaten much better 4 cheese pizzas.

The pizza is super good, friendly and pleasant staff. The atmosphere is great, I just found that the music was not necessarily suitable for a meal.

It's an authentic Neapolitan place with one of the best margherita pizzas I've ever eaten! None similar either in Bulle or in Switzerland! Very similar to the real Napoli pizzas, with a delicious and soft dough, the fior di latte melts in your mouth and the sugo di tomato is spectacular! Diego would be proud of you!

Great atmosphere and the pizzas are excellent

Following a billing error when receiving our order we paid 78frs for 2 pizzas 1 x king and 1x ham and cheese as well as 3 bruschettas. We informed them of this error when we arrived at the house. The person tells us that the refund will be made on the next order, i.e. 31frs in return. When we come back today the person tells us that the refund is only 5frs! She doesn't even try to check that there is a ticket error! Too bad we won't come back again.

Excellent pizza, the dough is great, finally a real pizza dough. The filling is generous. It would be good to heat the plates especially for a delicious pizza. To improve: avoid serving red wine that comes out of the fridge at 5 degrees! Despite this small downside, I recommend this restaurant for the quality of its pizzas. Friendly staff, and thank you for the limoncello We will come back.

Beautiful and succulent pizza! And perhaps even the best in the city of Bulle. We will come back, without hesitation! The only downside is the atmosphere of the restaurant which is hardly warm. We don't want to prolong the meal after having enjoyed the meal... too bad!

The pizzas are simply delicious. A real dough that melts in the mouth, a good smooth and rubbery mozzarella but not too much! Good quality products. However, it is important not to overload yourself with orders, sometimes the wait on site is a little long. Which is understandable given the number of customers present and orders from applications such as über eats or others. This is important, so as not to lose quality, because your pizzas and menus are successful! Waitresses with Italian accents, I love them! And Maradona's jersey must be exposed!!! I'll be back ! Nice restaurant although a little empty in terms of interior decoration. The atmosphere is quite nice, the waitresses rather friendly but seemed completely lost and finally the pizzas. I should have actually told the waitress but the pizza was clearly undercooked. The dough was completely soft and obviously raw. But I wouldn't hold it against it since I should have announced it, hence the rating which remains rather high. However, sorry but the merguez are clearly not fresh, yet there is no shortage of butchers. Probably first prize given the texture and taste and that is difficult to accept. If you go there, don't get the Tunisian pizza and don't hesitate to ask to cook the pizza sufficiently, even if the cooks should still check the doneness.

Arrival around 2030, without reservation, place by far not overwhelmed, in order. Welcome: Placed at the table, good evening, cards,... finished. On call, after more than 5 minutes, the waitress at reception wanted to take the order, although we were expecting an aperitif offer. So, we placed the order, see ticket attached. The desired starter: beef carpaccio; Arrival after 10 min, nice? Still frozen, impossible to separate the meat, exaggerated garnish and according to taste, but olive oil and lemon, unknown to the battalion replaced by the coach with a plate of fries!!!! The main dishes: my pizza, it's simple, again it can depend on tastes and colors, but the pizza maker, taken aback, who comes to take me on, supposedly to understand, and who admits the missed entry and who gets offended when I disputes the quality of his "SOUTH" dough and especially industrial mozzarella and he turns his back on me... I'll let you be the judge. On the other hand, my wife tasted the scampi ravioli, which was perfectly fine. In terms of drinks; nothing to object, we are within the prices applied. The team had as best they could, on the return of 2/3 dishes, to free themselves and try to offer us desserts, to avoid this objective criticism. We did not accept, and as a result we received the bill and understood that we had to leave this establishment, although the setting was sober and friendly. So there you have it in the end on an empty stomach for more than 100.-- chf for two without ristretti. Well we won't be coming back again. TIJ PS: go to Colibri or Olympia, in the same city, to discover pizzas worthy of the name.

Finally real Neapolitan pizza in Bulle. Fresh products, perfect dough and cooking and noteworthy service: very quick to serve, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. In my opinion the best Italian restaurant in the canton.

The pizzas are excellent. Too bad the room isn't warmer, it feels a bit like a cafeteria... slow service and not very friendly waitress.

We came to eat on April 14, 2023, delicious pizza and pasta, pleasant service, and excellent coffee! (rare to find such good ones). Just missing a good wine list. We chose the offer of the moment, the Primitivo, unfortunately out of stock. We settled on Pinot Noir, it was mediocre and what's more, it's already maderised. So to summarize: excellent pizza really, just have to offer wines that match the quality of the meal! We will come back with pleasure.

The food took a long time to arrive. Some people who arrived after us were served first. The cook uses his phone and touches these ingredients afterwards. The service is slow and the decoration almost absent.
