The team is at the top and we are as well received by those from Kumo as from Mahalo. The service is fast and the dishes are delicious.

Order to take away, unfortunately cold ramen and bao... we live nearby... the quality has dropped lately... we'll try again in a few weeks!

Exotic Japanese cuisine, it was a first for me, very good service and a nice culinary surprise recommended for everyone

It was a good meal. My father ate ramen for the first time, and he loved it. The ramens are hearty and delicious. We left no stone unturned! The staff is also top notch, despite the rush of service.

Fast service and excellent food. Quite noisy restaurant and there are no cushions on the wooden benches/stools...which won't stop us from returning there because we had a great time 😁

Honestly the best ramen in Switzerland. All dishes are excellent. I wonder how they make every food have so much flavor. Starters, main courses, deserts, everything is super good and it's great to be able to benefit from Mahalo's delicious cake and coffee at the same time. I recommend !

I hadn't been back for 2 months and was very disappointed with the pork Tonkutsu. Was very lacking in taste and too liquid in consistency compared to before. On the other hand, supe4 service, the servers are ultra friendly and efficient.

The food is excellent, the service too. Unfortunately (or fortunately for them!), it's always full, so you have to book well in advance. But it’s a great address in Bulle!

We ate there last night (a Sunday), we reserved at the end of the afternoon, luckily we still had a place for 3 people. The service was very fast and it was excellent. The Bao (with shrimp) are just incredible. For main course I ordered a chicken ramen; It was delicious, well-cooked chicken, a broth that had flavor. Nothing to say. I recommend !!

We know the Kumo of Friborg and for a change we came to Bulle. A little disappointed, the atmosphere is colder and the welcome non-existent... the Ramen was barely lukewarm. In short, we won't go back.

Disappointed, paid 26 francs for the ramen with the egg + udon supplement which by the way and just half an egg and that for 2 francs more. The ramen was super good, that’s really not the problem, I would even say that it’s one of the best in the region! The problem here and like almost everywhere is that I don't go to the gastro when I want to eat ramen (reminder 22 francs without extra). It's noodles, broth, an egg and not half, a few vegetables and a little protein so it doesn't cost you anything to put in a real portion! Really without going overboard I went and got myself a pad thai straight after and finished without any problem! So 50 francs worth of meals for the evening we're goodnnnn

Frankly disappointed. The place is tight. The seat in the WC is less crowded than that at the tables. The seats are uncomfortable! Wooden bench and stool, made so that you don't stay too long. Too bad because the ramen is very good. Although a little too expensive!!!

You can be very well received or not at all by letting you wait for long minutes at the entrance without even a glance. It was only when I decided to leave the establishment that I was given a hello for the rest we eat very well and overall the atmosphere is warm ✨

Very high price; to take away the price is the same… 45.50 2 Ramen… Chinese noodles, broth and the thin pieces of beef found at the bottom of the jar are expensive…

I went to eat at Kumo with two friends for lunch on a weekday. We had booked in advance to be sure of having a place. As a starter we ate the trio of bao (shrimp, pork and vegetarian). They were delicious. I recommend them to you. As for the main course we chose to taste the ramen. My two friends had the vegetarian ramen. Apparently the ramen was very good. However, the tofu tasted strange. Personally I found it very good. As for me, I decided to have the Tantanmen beef ramen. They were perfect. Finally, the place is very nice and the staff is smiling and attentive. I advise you to go eat ramen at Kumo, it’s a great place.

Highly rated restaurant. Very expensive for what it is, the tables are almost glued to each other (the private lives of strangers sitting at the next table can however be interesting), we are given a little over 1 hour to eat because the Tables are reserved for a second service and the comfort of the tables is non-existent. Positive point, the servers have a lot of humor, which is pleasant.

Ideally located on Veloroute 9. Fine, strong coffee; Has an external socket, but does not allow charging of E-BIKES. It's a shame that no bike customers seem to want it.

Jérôme served us with a beautiful smile. He was charming. For me too cold as a decor atmosphere, too dark, not the soul of Gruyère. Even if the flag is black and white. The coukis is excellent according to these ladies. Coffee too expensive.

Great spot for a quick coffee between trains! They have a big menu full of different coffees with unique combinations (such as speculoos that I’ll have to try soon!). And plus side for vegans: every drink can be served with plant-based milk too 😃

Great discovery! The staff were friendly and efficient throughout the evening. The dishes served were tasty and the quantities served were sufficient. The music was a little loud but nothing serious. We will come back with pleasure.

Not super good, even for a channel. The rice is floury, the portions are quite modest (4 pieces of salmon in a bowl for 20chf) and the note is quite salty.

We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. The dishes were very balanced in terms of flavors (even if a little too spicy for my friend), the dishes were hot and generous. A big favorite for the matcha cream (not necessarily visually appealing, it was an absolute delight!!) The staff were helpful and smiling. Mini downside because there was a lack of toilet paper in all the cabins. But apart from that the places were clean and maintained.

I recommend 100% These are the best ramens I have ever eaten! Everything is made to order and ultra fresh, we see the cooks finely cutting food, it smells delicious and we enjoy it!!! The setting is super nice with family or friends! This is the 3rd time I’ve been there and I never get tired of it!

Original idea for this Japanese food bar, unfortunately not really a success. I have been there twice since it opened, once to eat Asian noodles (cold although it was not full) and once for a coffee (45 minutes before being served at the bar despite my hello at two servers arriving). The lack of professionalism of the service staff really shocked me and I hope for the brand's sake that they quickly rectify this lack of seriousness, otherwise it really risks not lasting.

Had a delicious matcha cream and cappuchino. The service was very friendly and professional. The asian dishes looked really yummy. Ramen and Gyozas are on the menu.

The food is good although I find the restaurant and the quality better at Kumo Fribourg. When booking, it was made clear to me that the service was in two stages, we had to leave the restaurant at 8 p.m. which is not a problem for me. After the meal, the waiters took time to clear us and take a possible dessert order, which was not a problem because there were people there and therefore probably a lot of work. At 8:05 p.m., the waiter clears up and asks us if we would like dessert and/or coffee or tea. I wonder if we will have time because we already had to leave the table 5 minutes ago. Seeing empty tables, I tell myself we will have time. We order a mochi without a drink. At 8:12 p.m., the same waiter came to tell us in a tone that was not really pleasant that we had to leave our table, that the next ones were waiting and that we were informed when we made our reservation that at 8 p.m., we had to leave the place. What would we have done if we had ordered tea and drunk it in 5 minutes? So was it for profit that we asked ourselves to order another dessert out of time? Why not simply take us to the bar and kindly explain things to us and give us time to finish our dessert? I cannot accept this way of doing things.

Excellent ramen and nice service! I still find the bill quite steep (150.- at 4 for dinner) partly due to the starters. A few tables are in a "corridor", a little stuffy. Good discovery that is the BBQ octopus hot dog. Cuisine to discover. Kiss

We ate at this establishment in the midday hours. - the service was impeccable and very smiling - From starter to dessert, a true culinary journey! - The setting is also very consistent with the dishes that are served. If you go through Bulle, take the time to stop there, it’s worth it!
