Super hotel, nice people. Good atmosphere and location. The food and drinks are great, check the burgers! Compliments guys

Nice place to stay, good service.

We stayed overnight and had dinner and rate both the hotel and the gastronomy. Large comfortable beds, but blankets too small (unsuitable for 2 people). Our requests for additional blankets were met with dissatisfaction with wool blankets. The service is generally poor, and customer orientation is unfortunately completely lacking (unfriendly, language barriers, short and curt answers). Breakfast service was also very slow (long waiting times) and used place settings remained for a long time. According to www.reka.ch, Reka checks should be accepted, but the employees on site have never heard of it (and didn't do much to find out about it and offer a solution). The quality of the dinner was okay, but there are few options for vegetarians.

Excellent hotel in Andermatt. Apparently under new ownership. Recently renovated with very stylish and cozy interiors, I was very impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. We ended up eating each meal at the hotel because the atmosphere, staff, and food quality were so nice/high. From a frequent business traveler, I highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation in Andermatt. They are doing a great job. We will be back.

I'm only reviewing the restaurant here because we didn't stay at the hotel; -Locally nicely developed, great ambience -Food delicious -Service very bad (unfortunately rather unfriendly -> maybe just in a bad mood that day... but that the chairs at the neighboring tables were already put up at around 10 p.m., when we had only just finished eating and there was still some wine in the bottle ( not a bad one) - I haven't experienced that in a long time and it almost borders on being cheeky.

Highly recommend this super cool and quaint hotel. It was very affordable. The staff is very kind and accommodating. My room was particularly small but it’s only me and all I did was sleep there. Very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The food is delicious and service is top notch.
