Service is miserable. Food is quite good, but honestly the wait time is horrible. Would not recommend this. We were here 2 hours for a meal and waited all the time.

Cozy and spacious, prices are reasonable if you order a shared family dish. They forgot to bring bacon right away, ate everything and asked for another common dish. That is, for a fixed price, children 10 and adults 19 can eat to their heart's content. We came for the second time!

We ate here 3 times during our ski vacation. The service was extremely friendly, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. For us, one of the best mountain restaurants in the Arosa ski area.

Food was good! Unfortunately, there seems to be a massive lack of service staff and the employees are simply trying to make the best of it. However, this leads to long waiting times for ordering, until the food comes to the table and when paying. The speed of service is very poor compared to the other huts in the area. Either hire more staff or offer fewer tables!

Super friendly, top location and good food

We have enjoyed coming here for lunch between morning and afternoon ski courses for years. The location is super centrally located in the ski area. The employees are very friendly, the service is great. The menu is well stocked, the food is delicious. In high season it is highly recommended to reserve the table the day before.

Yesterday we were in the mountain restaurant Brüggerstuba and wanted to have a drink. At first we were left behind by the conditions for 30 minutes and when one came we were told that they couldn't take orders at the moment because they were overloaded. We actually just wanted to have something to drink and then we were busy for almost 1.5 minutes because it unfortunately took forever to pay. In my opinion, unfortunately not acceptable in a ski area.

Very friendly and helpful staff - there was fresh water for the dog without being asked. Everyone really enjoyed the food and we didn't have to wait long.

The two of us had ordered a liter of mineral water according to the card, CHF9, but we received two glasses of 500ml each, which then cost 2x CHF6 = CHF12 on the bill. Well, 3 francs isn't much, but being unjustifiably ripped off for 3 francs is annoying. Even the pretty serving daughter doesn't change that much. Do you really need such tricks in such a good location?

Great mountain restaurant with terrace/winter garden & fine food. But don't go to bear country... it's not worth the price of admission. Better to sit in the restaurant! Addition: The bear country is great! But the admission price is only bearable if you see it as a donation to a good cause. You can also see the bears from the Brüggerstube. Consume something there and watch the bears. Hence the review!

Eating with family Express service. Food was good. Be careful with children's plates!!!! Children's plates with chicken nuggets have so few fries on them that it would be enough for a 3 year old. Didn't even cover the bottom of the kid's plate. Of course we asked for a few extra fries. We were excited to see what the bill would yield. (Children's menu costs 12.50 and can be ordered up to 16 years old!!!) When we paid, we didn't receive a statement but rather an amount that we paid by card. Because it was important to me to know whether this mini portion of fries had a system, I asked for an invoice. In fact, an additional 8.00 Chf was charged for a small portion of fries. By the way, our kids ate the entire portion. A disgrace for the otherwise family-friendly Arosa! We are very disappointed!!!

Unfortunately quite a disappointment. The goulash that was advertised as the daily menu was, at best, a beef starter that was clearly undercooked, but it had nothing to do with goulash.

Great view and feel. Good selection of drinks. Of course, under COVID condition meal options are limited, but the few offers are delicious. That said, options for small kids (aka picky eaters) are nearly non existent as there are no chicken nuggets or fries, which is weird as you would think this is easy to cook, maintain warm and distribute without too much trouble/danger?

The service staff was very unfriendly and not competent. The family menu was plentiful, but the fries had far too much salt for children. But the worst thing was that we paid an amount that was far too high and when we asked for the receipt the service employee became increasingly unfriendly and annoyed. It turned out that we had some things on our bill that we hadn't even consumed. We received some money back from the service employee, but no current receipt. He also charged separately for the drinks that were included in the menu. This restaurant cannot be recommended. We will definitely never visit it again. We think it's great when the boss stands up for his employees. However, this day didn't leave a good impression on our visit from Germany and even the service staff didn't apologize, only contempt and he was very careful that no other guest found out about what we complained about. I work in service myself and even if it's stressful you have to be friendly, if you can't do that you should look for another job. We will definitely never visit your restaurant again and will not recommend it to anyone.

A really cozy lunch break with excellent food. The BrüggaStuba platter was fantastic and the Älpler macarons and the Riz-Casimir also tasted excellent. Many thanks also to Angie for the wonderful service.

Waiting times are far too long, there is no regulated process for the service staff. Everyone serves at the same place and the other tables wait 1 hour just to place an order. Then wait again, 15 minutes later the drink comes. The food isn't there yet. It will probably take forever.

Fine food, good drinks and friendly service. In winter there is a great party at the Sternenbar every now and then. With the new Bärenland playground, it's a great place for the whole family, even in summer. Thanks to the gondola lift, it can also be easily reached with a stroller

Good location of the restaurant - even if you have two kids in different ski school classes (red - meeting point above / blue - meeting point below). The food is good and the kids even get a vanilla or strawberry ball (if they still like it) - at no extra charge. We will be back.
