Price performance unacceptable. For Fr. 160 per person / night I expect more comfort. No parking space at the hotel, these costs were added to Fr. 18.- per 24 hours. Carpet in the entrance area is expired and smells of grayish air. Cigarette butts lying around and a sun blind hanging down don't bode well. Rooms so clean. Bedroom ceiling plaster is peeling off. TV was very small, had to watch TV with a magnifying glass, little choice of channels. Not even a local television station worked. There was a dispenser for shower products in the shower. However, staff is quite rude unfortunatly, many discussions for in my view rather minor issues, e.g. staying a couple of minutes late after closing of the buffet, asking for a cup of tea outside of buffet hours, etc. - rather uncommon hotel experience, in particular considering prices. Staff seems nervous and unflexible, surprisingly lots of interdiction-signs - which may prove the point - e.g. sign at the very main entrance: do not leave your skis or they may be just removed to the street (!) - kind of like in school camp. At last, this may not make you feel very welcome and puts Arosa in a rather bad light. December 2020

Clean, nice staff, quite a big rooms. Next to the bus stops and ski-buses going any time. A good place worth the price !
