Bergrestaurant Hannighüsli in Grächen

We have been guests in Grächen for many years and really appreciate the Hannighüsli. We learned about the new concept with great skepticism. Fortunately, during our visit we were able to see that the Hannighüsli was being run as before. We really appreciate the beautiful view and the good food. Above all, the employees, some of whom have been with us for many years, are great! We were there a few times with our children. We'd love to come back!

A new concept, revised menu with great dishes, attentive staff and the usual great view. I think the new division of the restaurants on the mountain with its unique selling points is very successful. We like to enjoy the upscale cuisine in the appropriate ambience. Please keep it up 👍

An insider tip on the mountain - the Hannighüsli has completely changed. A fresh concept, a revised menu and even a completely new team. It's impressive what has been created here. The selection ranges from traditional Valais dishes such as fondue and raclette to fine dining with juicy steaks, homemade risotto and irresistible desserts. I am pleased that there is still a restaurant in the ski area where you can dine and be pampered in a cozy atmosphere. Thank you very much and good luck for the rest of the season.

How wonderful this has been in recent decades and how disappointing it is now. Back again after 8 years and we see a new marketing concept with a more high-end posh menu where the Walisser dishes lose out and children are not taken into account at all. Apparently too little is earned from families, which is a great pity. Location remains fantastic

It's a shame there are no Valais Rösti, no more tomato fondue, no more saffron spaghetti, no more bratwurst. Raclette for 16 francs? Vegetarian menu s? Beef medallion for 51.-, roast veal for 40.- plus? A pity…. Many families can no longer afford it.

Great sun terrace, extremely friendly service, attractive food and drink menu - ideal for a break while skiing. And the view - unique. You can even see the Matterhorn.

Courteous and friendly service. The food is top. Unfortunately there are a few places with little coverage, but that is due to the old but beautiful architecture.

Please half as many tables or twice as many staff. We weren't served for 45 minutes. When we tried to make our presence known several times, the server successfully looked away...

Way too expensive. Onion sauce tastes way too sweet. Portions are way too small. I would have to order 3 to fill up.

Very good and clean, but also very expensive.

Nice mountain restaurant. The tomato fondue is recommended. The staff is friendly. The hut is very cozy, great atmosphere. The outside terrace is wonderful in the sun with a view of the Matterhorn. Just a little bit of space inside.

It's a shame that children's menus are offered in this restaurant and there isn't even a children's chair available, the food came after 5 minutes, overcooked unsalted pasta, we left this restaurant hungry, the service wasn't exactly friendly either

Ok view, great food, nice and soft seats and conveniently placed. It is expensive, but has a really homely authentic atmosphere and is far more enjoyable than the more child oriented place below.
