The premium double room was very well furnished. The whirlpool bathtub was very relaxing. The bed is very comfortable. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes to the ski lift and you can find good restaurants within a minute. The spa is above average for the price range. The service is very accommodating, for example I asked for a drink that the bar staff didn't know and they prepared it optimally. There is a very familiar and calm atmosphere. The rustic style in the lobby is reminiscent of a beautiful, time-honored chalet.

It is highly advisable to make arrangements with the management. Person NOT to be taken into consideration! not at all reliable. Zero seriousness. He doesn't keep his words. And not even the attributes of giving answers in person. Fugitive... but surely here (not to your face) he will have the courage to answer, but I certainly won't follow up... it's not worth it... capable person Just get excited about how he got there... (whoever is praises and cheats). I hope the owners open their eyes.

The single room is simply furnished, but offers sufficient comfort. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. Particularly impressive is the large terrace, which invites you to linger and offers a breathtaking view of the valley and the mountains.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The receptionist went above and beyond, taking the time to sit down with me and offer fantastic recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Plus, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch. The facilities were impeccably clean, and the sauna and spa area were exceptionally well-maintained and organized. I can't recommend this hotel enough for a cozy and comfortable stay. Oh, the food was great too.

Excellent, clean, typical Swiss establishment, food and restaurant as well, we ate very well during our stay, the establishment has a clean spa, the staff also speaks several languages, close to the ski lifts 3 minutes on foot, the new managers are great
