Further along the road there was Toi Tois and at the end of the forest on the hill, a wooow experience...what a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff at the WALDWEIDE mountain restaurant (about 10 minutes from the edge of the forest) was very nice and you felt like you were part of a big family. The fitness plate with the fish crispies was the crowning glory of the day. One more beautiful day in my memory...I'd love to come back.

Lovely place to get a rest after a nice hike. We took the cable car from Reigoldswil to Wasserfallen with my wife and daughter, and went on to grab lunch at the Waldweid restaurant. They have great food and cool drinks, and the service is very pleasant. You can pay by card or cash. They have tables outside and also a playground along with some toys. So it is ideal for kids as well.

The staff is very friendly and the sausage and cheese salad was sensational! We'd love to come back.
