Bernhard Hegi AG in Wohlen (AG)

We went to Hegi to buy a new Jura coffee machine. The advice was excellent and we were able to ask Mr. Müller anything. In the end we drove home with a new machine, which was not only explained very well, but the setup of the machine had already been done. This certainly wasn't the last visit to this competent company, which also takes time for its customers shortly before closing time.

Top advice. Wanted a TV with Smart TV function. I now have a device exactly the way I want it. And the price was ultimately worth every cent, so it was cheap. (Anywhere else I would have just been sold something cheap for the next few years)

We had a coffee machine that just kept grinding endlessly. We were actually expecting a replacement for a 12-year-old machine. To my pleasant surprise, the machine could be repaired within a day for around CHF 200. Top service and super friendly staff, thank you very much!

The devices are certainly OK. At least for me, customer friendliness is not so good. I wanted to confirm an order by phone and was constantly brushed off. Yes, we have the store full of customers. We'll call you back later, which unfortunately doesn't happen. Apparently I'm not a customer. And please EP Hegi, don't bother me again with phone calls after a negative review.

Friendly and precise advice on the phone and when purchasing. Friendly, competent service technician. Compliant invoicing. Everything the customer wants and more than they usually get.
