We went to pick up our order: The cashier did not want to give it even though we paid for it beforehand. The dishonest cashier, unprofessional, uses words like “I’m in charge here”. We left without any products from the bakery. Too bad for the reputation of the bakery!!!

We don't find peace at Bessa's, just a team of nice waitresses who unfortunately run in all directions...not pleasant, even more so to wait 30 minutes for two coffees...

TO FLEE !!! We reserved 4KG of sweets 2 months in advance for an event. When we arrived there, no trace of the order except the cake that we had ordered online. Not even a price on the cake or a really pitiful discount. Department 0 As for the cake, you pay a fortune when there are tons of sugar paste surrounding it, which is why it is advantageous for them to charge by weight! Finds lame excuses to justify yourself.

I am at the bakery before me 3 customers, the last one paid is the saleswoman who places this customer's desserts at the table, ok no worries for me but she doesn't come back she leaves to serve customers at the restaurants, there are two waitresses at the restaurant . I look here she is going to come back to serve me and no so I go to a waitress to come to the bakery she answers me, yes we are coming wait a moment... Um sorry I have been waiting for 10 minutes. The saleswoman arrives I tell her what I want she serves me like they have a machine to pay for she leaves no thanks goodbye NOTHING. Nice mentality just politeness is all I ask. But since I won't set foot in your house again. I do not care......

I'm not even talking about eating it, but I'm talking about the salad because it's really nonsense. They gave two salads to take away and the salad was so badly washed we couldn't even eat because it's nonsense at Bessa's it's getting worse and worse

As a regular customer almost everywhere in the region, we are disappointed because your Natas à la Migros (Épalinges and Yverdon) 2frs50 each are losing their good quality, the dough (all softened) is a shame. This is not like you.

Long wait to be served in the tea room. The waitresses saw us but did not come to take the order. I had to wave a lot for someone to come and take the order. It also really gives the impression that if you are not Portuguese, you are not entitled to recognition as a customer.

Unfortunately, after ordering a strawberry and apple pie, we were left with a mistake and then they proposed almond bread, I call it cornbread because I can't call it pie and on top of that frozen, FROZEN and the strawberry pie! And on top of that, the strawberry tart comes with a layer of puff pastry that looks like dry straw, whole strawberries! Unfortunately, these pies are not worthy of saying that they are from a Portuguese bakery! I won't set foot there again!

DAMAGE. locked up because of covid in 40.. the fridge empty. I am requesting delivery of an order certainly exceeding 60.- for a location 7 minutes away. in an effort to survive the weekend. DENIED

I don't recommend it to anyone, least of all um 🐕 poeke um poor guy doesn't get it the same treatment as the others? others who leave boenad porpinas without knowing about the bad treatment simply because you ask her for something since she is very busy....

I love Bessa's products. What is not negligible, the outdoor location is covered, therefore also accessible in winter. It’s a shame that the Swiss and other population is barely present.

Somewhat racist. If the girls at the tables notice that you are not Portuguese, you have to wait longer, the attention is not the same. If they put a notice at the entrance only for Portuguese it would be better...and since there is no one responsible for the saddest place!!!

I often bought pasteis de nata because they were really good and made with good ingredients; unfortunately this weekend I was really disappointed by the taste; they used powders to prepare the cream!!! (my sister is a pastry chef, I recognize the difference between fresh and powdered ingredients very well). The pasteis went straight into the trash, inedible!
