Very spacious, comfortable room, impeccable cleanliness! Welcoming and attentive staff Hotel very well placed for visiting the surrounding area

Stay in room 51 which was recently renovated, poorly invested space because a large bed sits in the middle of a huge room, with no furniture to store your belongings apart from storage at the entrance, TV too small for the available space and the distance from the bed, lighting system to be reviewed because if you touch the bedside lights you also turn off the bathroom. Uncomfortable bedding, decorative cushions used for all customers? (hygiene). The bathroom lacks hooks and storage. Too bad because the style is very refined and visually pleasant but lacks the practical side. The places included in the Bains de Charmey and the parking are a real plus.

Very well located hotel with ample free parking available to guests. Reception staff incredibly professional, efficient and friendly. Impeccable and clean room, with small welcome gifts much appreciated! Hotel under renovation, we stayed there during the weekend so no noise pollution. Very diverse breakfast buffet with, among other things, various fresh regional products. Entrance to the Charmey baths included in the room price, a great plus! Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back!

We had a superb room, very large and pretty. The staff was great, super friendly and the breakfast very good, all for a really affordable price. I highly recommend.
