Warm place but the pastries (croissants/chocolate breads) are not very fresh…

We were welcomed very warmly and with great kindness! We ate quality local products, simple and well-executed cuisine with a magnificent view of the lake! And with more than adequate value for money, very fast service! A big thank you for this lovely moment.

Around 3.60F for a raisin bread or a chocolatine... never seen such an expensive pastries. It's cool to have a bakery near you but at this price, no thanks!

Nice place but we had the disadvantage of having neighbors with children who mistook the tearoom for a games room: we had difficulty getting along.

Beautiful terrace with a splendid view of Lake Geneva. Pastries of still acceptable quality and customer service to improve. An advantage of this place is that it is a little far from the overwhelming mass of cities! This Saturday, 08.12.2023, I passed by and there was a very unfriendly waitress who had acted contrary to basic hygiene rules. She cashed a customer before us, then tied her hair, put away the crates, before touching the bread and pastries with her hands without washing them. I was really disgusted and left the place without buying anything. My message to the owner/manager of this bakery: Please educate your employees, especially those who touch the bread and pastries, to rigorously apply the required hygiene rules. THANKS.

The view from the big balcony is fantastic! The bakery shop didn't have a single price, and I suspect that they work with prices for tourists and for locals. The cakes have good quality, the service in the caffee is not so nice to tourists! OK for a short stop!

Rude owner or waiter, telling us in a disdainful tone to leave our dog outside when ordering when we had already been waiting for 5 minutes. If dogs aren't allowed inside the bakery why can they work there?

Great service and incredible setting!

Everything was alright but NOT the coffee frappe. Super expensive for a tasteless tiny serving of half foam, mostly milk n zero flavour of coffee. It's such a shame. It is not at all difficult to simply put everything in a blender!! To be fair, could be back for the coffee but definitely not the frappe. Need to be a bit generous with the ice-cream itself.

the saleswomen at the bakery chat and criticize the customers when they go out...you think you're dreaming...very unfriendly service and sparsely filled sandwiches...the quality is slowly going down...be careful, the competition has set in a bit higher and their croissants and sandwiches are of rare quality...

We were there for lunch on Sunday March 19, 2023. Nice service, very good price performance. Sunday menu with soup or salad, entrecote fried potatoes and vegetables and dessert of your choice 25.00 francs. (Small deduction, the vegetables could have been better, not frozen). Would love to come back.

Bread, sandwich, cakes everything is so excellent, but the sales service in Chexbres (from the only seller) is totally deplorable due to his unacceptable behavior. Haughty and bordering on simple politeness.

Best bread in the region! The nut bread is excellent - light with lots of nuts. Excellent for party cakes too.

It's a cozy restaurant and café up the vineyards of Lavaux with a panoramic view of the vineyards and the Lake Léman.

Magnificent place where the view is matched only by the sympathy of the managers, the choice and the taste of the dishes. Unavoidable.

Finally an establishment that offers a children's dish with a vegetable! Homemade chicken, green beans and French fries. And what about the walnut tart, the homemade nougat...

I recommend for breads, small sandwiches etc... Fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious smoothies, all consumed on the panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Geneva and the mountains. It's worth a stop or a detour. Relaxation guaranteed. The welcome there is also wonderful.

Great breakfast and service! I recommend to everyone who want to have a nice starting of day in Chexbres. The breads are very good and the view is only a detail...We've been there for 4 days and we went there every day, just loved it! Arrive early because it's always very crowded or you will need to wait a bit, but no problem. Thanks to the great ladies who served us.
