I ordered pizza for 8 people, they were great, warm and very crispy, each of my friends got the pizza they wanted. The supplier is very personable, friendly and nice. He also takes time for his customers to chat a bit. Highly recommended and I continue to order from Bifsng Imbiss.

Waited a good 60 minutes after ordering and called again. On the phone they said “coming soon”. Called again after another 15 minutes. The same answer. After 1.5 hours the order arrived cold at an overpriced price. Never again!!!

Very slowly. Waited for over 50 minutes the last 3 times and after the 2nd call the order hasn't been sent out after 1 hour. You can also order extra at 5 p.m. Are extremely inefficient and unprofessional.

Been waiting for 2 burgers and a salad for 1.5 hours. When I asked for a pickup to save time, the employee was extremely inflexible and insisted that we have to wait for delivery. Never again.

It doesn't work at all!!! The requested waiting time was 30-40 minutes - after a good hour 2 products were delivered - BUT!!!! I have often ordered a pizza - really great - hot and great in taste. Today I ordered a kepap in pocket bread with curry sauce and a falafel in flatbread. The kebab had no sauce and was more cold than warm and the meat was dry. The falafel was also delivered in pocket bread (despite it being explicitly mentioned on the phone “in flatbread”). I called immediately and reported the error... But all I was told was "that the person on the phone must have misunderstood" No apology or an alternative offer...

Here you get the best falafel in town! They taste slightly cinnamony and are not as dry as is often the case in many other places. Pizza and fries (very well seasoned!) are also very tasty. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

I don't like companies that post advertisements despite the 'Stop Advertising' sticker on their mailboxes. This is not only unprofessional, but also beyond rude and disrespectful. - After the beginning of 2019, June 2019, spam in the mailbox again in December 2020! Already for the third time. Long waiting time instead of 40 minutes 2 hours, unfriendly and cold food

It's a shame, I used to always be here and it was one of the best kebabs in the area. The bread was a bit burnt and the meat wasn't as tasty as it used to be. The guy at the counter seemed somewhat overwhelmed, while the delivery man was on his cell phone the whole time in the car.

I read the previous reviews and I was shocked... so far I've only had dürüm, kebab and fries here and I have to say very tasty and above all very good value for money. I never had the food delivered but only picked it up because I live nearby. So far I have always received absolutely friendly service. The only drawback is the seasoning on the fries, I prefer them plain with just salt.

Very bad kabab pizza with meat that is 4 days old. Flesh is like rubber. And I had to pay more than discussed. Bifang snack not recommended at all!!!

Ordered food 2 hours ago. Just called. The driver would be on his way. Update: 3 hours later, still no food. Called again, someone supposedly called and said I didn't want my food. Update: After 3.5 hours my food is here. It doesn't really taste that good, but at least I finally have something in my stomach.

After a Dürüm I vomited all night and lay in bed the next day. Better not again.

Very very small selection of ingredients, just 2-3 ingredients, the last time I ordered I received a Dürüm in which the flatbread was soggy, with every bite a large amount always fell out of the Dürüm, the cocktail sauce was extremely slimy and not appetizing .

For the kebab I give it a good 4.9. It was delicious, probably the finest kebab I have ever eaten. The hot sauce in combination with yogurt sauce was delicious. The pocket bread was really fine and crispy. 0.1 deducted because it might have a bit more meat, but it's a high level of complaining. I give the restaurant a 5 for the facilities and cleanliness. The price of 9fr per kebab is completely okay. The shop owner was nice and I ate there for the first time today. For me the most important point was that the meat was halal / helal and even had a certificate from Sila. I thought that was really excellent.

Hello, unfortunately 1 star if I could have none. Not at all the same quality as it was years ago. Unfortunately the bread was like rubber so it wasn't bread for me and the meat was very juicy - no nonsense before I could eat it I would have had to freshen it up with water. Work on quality and not quantity guys

At Bifang Imbiss the food is only confirmed and promised but not delivered. Very dubious company. Not recommended, and will definitely never order from here again.

Would it work no star at all 2 pizzas ordered at night 12fr. extra per pizza for 40cm + night surcharge 7fr. A total of almost 70fr for 2 pizzas, pure money-making plus the pizzas were really cold. One less customer never ever orders from this dirty shop.
