Migros Restaurant in Olten

Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to complain about the service in the Migros restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly and disrespectful, especially towards students. In addition, the food was served very sparingly and the quality of the food left something to be desired - it was prepared leanly and without attention, and the food was often quite cold. I ask you to forward this complaint to the Migros headquarters. It is unfortunate that the management of the restaurant is not using the potential and negatively affecting the customer experience. I really like the Migros Restaurant! Great breakfast offer and much more.. AAABUT.. the children's playground should really be cleaned more often.. it is dirty, smelly and simply unkempt and not clean. My children always wear BLACK socks and as I said, the smell is unbearable. It would be really great if they did more to keep it clean. Many mothers come to drink coffee or have breakfast with their kids!

Food great employees for nothing. Sent me and 3 other friends away from the tables because one of us had a sandwich from the Migros supermarket. The other three had food from the migros restaurant. What kind of sense does that make? he said something about VAT. Sorry, but I think it's stupid. Customer is customer.

Mr. Schindler, the head chef, deserves special mention. Perfect service and always a smile on your face. The good mood spreads to the guests. This staff makes you want to come back again and again!

The young gentleman standing at the Migros counter way counter was very friendly. After the bad service/experience I had at this shopping center at Thibo because of the saleswoman, I wanted to get out of the center then I decided to drink coffee with my child here at Migro and the gentleman at the counter could see the picture Center still save with his kindness.

In the evening you can no longer eat or drink anything. Closes at 5:00 p.m. It's a shame, other Migros restaurants are open until closing time.

Are the quality menus also compromised? Today's menu with fries and pangasius was probably prepared 20 minutes before dinner. The fries were sloppy, the pangasius was rubbery.

I ate at the take-away Olten Sälipark for the first time this afternoon. I was shocked at how unmotivated and unfriendly the department head was. At half past midnight the two menus I preferred were no longer available. She told me this in an extremely unfriendly tone and didn't point me to any good alternatives. However, I expect at least this from a department head. I wasn't happy with the price performance either because the food was cold. The fries were well salted, which was the only positive thing about this meal. 1 star from me

What a Migros restaurant is like. Nice service, good prices, but often bland food. Pasta e.g. soggy, sauces with little taste. Actually 2 stars, but because of the nice staff and plenty of space to eat, I'll round it up. :-)

Bad food, the Rösti were floury and partly half raw..! Despite the corona vaccination, my mother was not allowed in. Disgraceful and unprofessional from a manager.

I think the food or menus should be made a little more varied. For example, more vegetarian dishes. It has a lot of choice of meat dishes but there isn't much for vegetarians and I think that's a shame.

Since the renovation, absolutely no choice. - No salad buffet - No soups from the pot - No self-service buffet - Incorrect or no declaration of food in the red gratin bowls The croquettes and the ready-made corn salad in the jar were unseasoned and extremely bland. The broccoli wasn't seasoned either and fell apart because it was completely overcooked. There are also no more places to put the trays, for example if you want to get a dipping sauce (ketchup, mayo). If you're lucky, you hold the tray with food and drink in one hand. If it falls, then it falls. With me you have definitely lost a customer. A pity.

I also learned to be a chef once, but what kind of Wienerschnitzel is that, it's not even bigger than a piece of plaited meat! What a shame, I think they have new cooks in the kitchen and they have to save money. Well, I'll never order Wienerschnitzel at Migros again!

I was at take-away with three colleagues. About 5 people were still in line before us, it was almost 1 p.m., so it shouldn't be a problem to serve a few people. So we queued up to order. The woman at the take-away talked and laughed for a long time with the people in front of us, she couldn't get the aluminum foil out of the container (incompetent), me and another colleague were waiting there. The other two had their food a long time ago. Afterwards the boss (was wearing a shirt hence this assumption) called for "Ramon" loudly in a way that you shouldn't expect from someone working in customer service. When he finally appeared, he drove a car into the ankle of the other woman mentioned above, that can happen. She then hobbled around as if a stone had fallen on her and whined. No apology came from him. My colleague then made a joke like "it's always the apprentice's fault" and the young gentleman then replied "I haven't been an apprentice for a long time." Very unkindly put. They had half forgotten about our food, but eventually managed to finish it. Afterwards she charged both of us together and didn't even ask if we wanted to pay separately, even though I had my card in my hand the whole time. Conclusion: Incompetent staff who can't even take 2 orders and are very unfriendly. Also don't behave in front of customers, I work in customer contact myself and know that you simply suppress pain!

However, lukewarm food is normal when eating from cooking boxes. You could certainly disinfect tables and chairs after every customer visit, there are enough staff, and not just when it's convenient. A blonde, somewhat permanent employee threw us out of the migros take away cafe in a very unfriendly manner even though we were in the middle of eating and two of us had food from the take away, one of whom was even on crutches. Competition Coop even let us eat with Migros. So from now on I'd better recommend Coop

I am deeply disappointed with Migros. Situation: I and a colleague bought food in Mirgos and ate it in the take-away. Two other colleagues then came and ordered something from Migros Take Away. So far so good, but when we were sitting at the table and thoroughly enjoying the meal, an employee came up to us with a stern and arrogant voice and expelled us from the Migros take away because two of our group of four had nothing from the take away. (We had someone with us with a broken leg who couldn't walk well!) We then went to Coop without any problems. Coop obviously didn't care, the main thing was that you could eat there in peace. We were asked to leave the Migros Caffe in an unfriendly manner by an employee while we were eating, even though we all got our food from Migros and half of us also got it from the takeaway. Afterwards we went to Coop to eat with Migros food and it wasn't a problem Very cool of Coop 👍🏼.

I bought a sandwich with cheese and ham. Unfortunately the ham was rancid and the cheese didn't taste that great either. Otherwise the staff was extremely unfriendly.

A usual Migros restaurant. There are corners where it is a bit dark to sit, but also bright places (but then near the children's corner - you just have to weigh that up). The food is rather average, sometimes a bit bland, but sometimes really tasty. But it depends on the day. It's completely sufficient for a quick, warm lunch, because with these fair prices, not everything can be like in a gourmet temple. Price-performance ratio is right.

You are not allowed to eat in the restaurant with take-away food. Have already been sent out twice while eating.
