Big Burger in Kloten

The shop owner discriminates against customers due to the 3G rule during the week but voluntary 2G on the weekend. :)

3G during the week, 2G on the weekend. According to Big Burger, Corona only exists on weekends. :-) Very intelligent and serious decisions were made. 🤝

After a 45 minute drive to Big Burger we were very disappointed because it wasn't open, even though it was supposed to be open until 9:30 p.m. based on opening times. Very disappointing!

Great ambience, the meat in the burgers could be of better quality, maybe. straight from the butcher, but the overall concept is right

Let's start with the positive. 1. Okayy now num negatives We ordered an XXL burger twice, once with just crispy bread and the other with fried eggs, onion rings, coleslaw, crispy bread and extra cheddar cheese. In addition, 2 x fries and 1 x crispy fish included in the price is the tartar sauce. So let's start with the simple things. The fries weren't fully fried, so they were so soggy that even Viagra wouldn't have helped! The Simple Burger: Included coleslaw and onion rings. Of course, the supposedly heavier burger was missing the onion rings and also the coleslaw and I'm still looking for my fried egg! But the tartar sauce on the fish crispy is also missed. Apart from the delivery time stated as 1 hour, it took them 95 minutes. I'm a chef myself and if I served something like that to a guest I would lose my job.

Very good burgers and friendly staff! However, you should order before you are really hungry as it takes a little longer. I'll still order there again and again because the food is really worth it! Keep it up :)

For average burgers with very bad fries, a delivery time of over 1.5 hours is a disgrace. Especially at these prices. We live in the neighboring village (7 minutes by car), but even after asking three times by phone, the man on the phone didn't know where our burgers were. It turned out that the burgers didn't come from where we ordered. Also an impudence. Furthermore, we were not informed anywhere that even longer delivery times could be expected.

The burgers in Kloten are brilliant.

In terms of taste, the burgers are hard to beat (I haven't had any better in the USA). All of my friends who have ordered with me once also do so diligently. As I said, the burgers taste very good, but the price almost makes you dizzy (but I'm happy to pay a little more for a delicacy). Supplier is always friendly to us. The only negative thing is the sometimes very long delivery times/delays. CONCLUSION: Great burger, try it out! (But take your time ;))

Friendliness doesn't seem to be an issue at Big Burger Kloten. The delivery person called me and said: "come to the parking lot" he was stressed. The avocado-bacon burger came with the wrong bread. The burger itself is really great!

My favourite place to order burgers! Awesome taste and very nice (sufficiant) servings. They have great sauces and cool twister fries. Friendly delivery people and the estimated delivery time is mostly shorter than indicated - a very big plus in my opinion.

The food was not edible, the bacon was like tough cardboard. And if I hadn't been careful I would have paid 98 for 2 burgers. On the whole, I will never go out to eat in Kloten again

Today I ordered two burger menus with one extra onion ring. I asked about the delivery time before placing the order because the last time I ordered (Dübendorf) I had to wait two hours for my food. I got the answer that it would be a maximum of an hour, so I placed the order. After 1 hour 35 minutes of waiting, I called again to inquire about the order. It was said that the food should arrive any minute. I said I would wait another 20 minutes, otherwise the delivery person could bring the food back. The answer was “Great, let’s do it.”, which didn’t exactly sound like a waiting customer was being taken seriously. After a total of two hours of waiting (again) the food arrived, but without onion rings. According to the friendly delivery person, these have run out, which he says customers are usually told over the phone. Despite the second call, we didn't get this information. The food was less than lukewarm and you can't really enjoy the food when you're in an annoyed mood. Definitely the last time my friend and I ordered from Big Burger.

The first time it's exactly the burger you're looking for, the second time it's dry age, unfortunately no shame😣

When the burger is "on time" it is very good and usually more than lukewarm. However, if it comes late then you can only eat it cold, which isn't really cool for that price. My tip is to ask on the phone how long you have to deliver, reject anything over 60 minutes and check alternatives (there are more than enough).
