We love ordering from Big Burger Frauenfeld, whether it's direct delivery of dinner to your home or a small snack to pick up yourself. With the huge selection of burgers, everyone is sure to find something to suit their taste (the individual customization options for each individual burger are particularly practical). The churros filled with Nutella are highly recommended; After one serving you are completely full and happy.

Quite ok, fine burger and fries were also very fresh. Prices are a little high, but much better than other fast food chains.

The snacks are always great and delicious. However, the overpriced burgers don't impress with their taste. I ate my way through the menu, especially the chicken burgers, which almost all taste the same.

Had to wait 30 minutes longer than stated and my Funghi Burger felt like it had two mushrooms in it. Which, by the way, you couldn't taste anything of. The onion rings, however, were great.

I ate the Newyork burger today and it was super delicious, would recommend to everyone. En goode.

I've ordered here several times now, directly or via Just Eat, and have been thrilled every time. Admittedly, they're not exactly cheap, but you get a burger that's amazing and you'll definitely be full afterwards and not still hungry. I will definitely order here again and can only recommend you. Burgers are crispy, not soggy and so are the fries. Everything delivered quickly, unless you order at the best times, but even then the burgers are still great.

I placed the order and was happy when the delivery time was given to me. Now I'm waiting 50 minutes longer than expected... You are treated like a loafer on the phone. I hope it tastes good, service is lousy. Burger was cold, the options ordered were only partially taken into account. An apology followed with an announcement of a credit, but I didn't receive it...

Unfortunately I have to agree with Jan Keller's comment. My friend and I were very disappointed with the “taste” after the first few bites. We wonder whether spices have been almost completely avoided here. The first part of the burger was dry until you got to the sauce in the middle, which unfortunately tasted just as bland as the rest. Minus 1 star for the price/performance. Likewise our first and last order. Sorry!

Unfortunately, after enjoying it, you feel the same guilty conscience as you do after visiting the usual fast food chains. Certainly packaged a little nicer and with slightly better quality ingredients, Big Burger can still only compete with them. Features: Little to no taste, standard buns and less filling than described in the pictures. The worst: value for money. It's a shame, it was my first and last order.

Moon prices for mediocre quality and very little food. A normal burger costs around 25 Fr here, but I get 2 large pizzas from other providers in Frauenfeld. The burgers are about the size of a Cheeseburger Royal at McDonald's, but they cost less than half.

Burgers are good (except for a few), but overpriced. Just the Twisted Fries, which is considered a snack. The competition offers much more for less money. Nevertheless, the delivery service is good

Especially for this price. After reading the description “About us” on Big Burger’s homepage, you unfortunately have to say: “Big mouth, nothing behind it”. Alternatively, I'll get my burger again in the city, where there are a few restaurants with good burgers that are the same price.

First of all: Ordering and delivery went smoothly and very quickly for a Sunday evening. In terms of quality, the burgers are somewhere in the middle between fast food giants and the burgers at pretty much every other restaurant in the city that offers burgers. In terms of price, however, we are definitely more inclined towards the restaurants, which in return offer better quality. Conclusion: Delivery service is the best because it is the only one. There are better take-away places and unfortunately the price/performance is only moderate.
