Everything was very perfect! The food was great and warm. It didn't take long to wait either! Everyone is very nice!! I will definitely come again!!

The food was super fresh and delicious. Service very open and warm. Unfortunately we don't live nearby but we always enjoy coming here.

Large selection of burgers and sides! (There are also several buns to choose from) Desserts: In addition to fresh churros, there is a large selection of ice creams. Very friendly and attentive staff. The food was very good (had the Wagyu burger with twister fries)

This was the second time that the ordered delivery arrived 1.5 hours late. Still incomplete! That just can't be right!! I think it's a shame because the burgers are super tasty.

We ordered tonight from Big Burger in Russlikon, normal burger ok but the fries imaginable, we threw them away, too bad

Never again!!!!! After 1 hour and 30 minutes I called and it was explained to me that the order still had to be made. I had never experienced anything like that before. I advise everyone to order something from here.

Very good restaurant. The food is great👍. The service is good. But it takes a bit of time for the food to arrive, but it's nice and hot food. You feel really comfortable in this place and you can enjoy it in peace 👌

Super tasty fries, a delicious burger and a tasty house salad sauce! We were very touched by the spontaneously offered birthday dessert decorated with a volcano and coffee. Thanks alot! This is no longer a given these days. We'll stop by again and be happy to recommend you.

The burgers were good, but waiting 50 minutes for 2 burgers with fries when the restaurant is empty is clearly too much. Therefore coming back is out of the question. I don't even want to know how long you have to wait when the restaurant is full

I'm sorry to give this feedback, but I've never had such a bad burger that was so expensive! (For a loveless burger 26.-) It may be that it doesn't affect all the burgers on the menu, but the hot chilli was so salty that I almost vomited after a few bites. It was also overly spicy so that you couldn't feel the taste anymore. I would have liked to contact you personally, but there is no opportunity to leave feedback.

We love burgers. We recently discovered Big Burger in Wetzikon and were thrilled. Then on the second visit it was no longer Big Burger.....🤷‍♂️ We were all the more pleased to have discovered this in Russikon. Today we had the Habanero and Gozilla.... Gozilla is also the right name... aaaaalter, it's for professionals.... Sharp as nothing... no one is without tears in their eyes. 👍👍🔥🔥🔥 Quality and freshness are absolutely great...... The service is exactly ours... Kudos to the great lady who served us... We're already organizing an evening there with friends... we all really enjoy eating good burgers 🍔 We are already looking forward to the next time... or next meal...😁😁👍👍👍🤗🤗 Just be careful.... Sometimes the grappa has a bit of mint in it 🤣🤣 (little insider....the nice lady from the service already knows what I mean 😉😉)

As in Wetzikon, simply the very best burgers and fries in all of Switzerland. Service is very attentive, friendly and prompt. No long waiting times. I can easily recommend it to everyone, be it as a delivery service or for a cozy evening/lunch.

Great tip!! The two of us were here twice. (Sunday evening and Monday evening) Food: the burgers and fries are absolutely amazing!! Crispy buns, tasty juicy meat, fine sauces... beautifully served, when you read through the menu you get hungry for every burger, which you can adapt to your own taste. Service: very friendly, recognized us immediately the second time, the burgers were on the table straight away. Location: clean, beautiful, stylish, tidy, cozy We will definitely come back!

Great service was very friendly and served quickly. We also had space without reserving. 5/5 The burgers are very tasty as always 5/5 The sweet potato fries were also good in themselves. Unfortunately, our portion had a lot of small pieces in it that were completely fried. So you had hard, crispy fries like chips. Hence 4/5

I have never been disappointed with the food at Big Burger. In Russikon too, everything was perfect in this regard. The waitress (young lady with dark hair) was sooo nice and had a great sense of humor. You accompanied us perfectly throughout the evening and always had something to laugh about. You felt very welcome. The ambience is ok, but not special. But I think it's suitable for a burger joint. So I can only recommend it.

Super cool restaurant. Modern and very nice staff👍🏻 Mimi our waitress is top. Fresh products, the meat in the burger tasted good, top quality, you can tell. The house sauces are very good!! It's great that there are different types of open beer. There's World Cup football on TV, which is also cool. We'll definitely come by more often!!!! The new place in town. We tried it out and. We ate in the restaurant. There is about 20 burgers to choose from! And they are great. We were very happy. I can recommend this place. Oh yeah: They serve various vegi burgers there too.
