So, we ordered our food at 1:17 am. it came at 3:30am. They said it would take 50 minutes... to eat: 2 sauces from the pide were missing, so we used yogurt, it wasn't that good. Ambience at home was good. They couldn't craft the kebab well, it fell apart while eating. I wouldn't recommend it

One of the worst kebabs I've ever had. The owner is unfriendly and not motivated at all. The kebab meat gives the impression that it hasn't just been lying around since today, but since yesterday. The kebab was also filled very stingily. It is also disappointing that homemade flatbread is advertised and they take it straight out of the plastic packaging. This means that the kebab can no longer even meet the minimum requirements in terms of taste. Very very disappointing and not appetizing.

I ordered the wrong thing and they took it and made me what I wanted with no problem.

Delivery service takes too long for a simple burger including fries as well as for the Greek salad - over an hour. The burger, which was delivered cold, was fused to the packaging. The ingredients were definitely no longer fresh and the fries were rubbery and unsalted - intolerable. The owner will definitely badmouth this item. We do not recommend this supplier in any way - an absolute disgrace.

Lovelessly shot arugula on it even though it didn't say anything on the order. The kebab had onions in it even though they weren't wanted and the other kebab had unwanted lettuce in it...

When you walk in the shop you notice that the old man who works in the kitchen doesn't feel like dealing with customers well, he is very disrespectful towards the customers.. firstly he got angry because I said kebab durmiendo, he said that means flatbread (I'm not Turkish) then . Because I had 50 euros he didn't want to accept notes and he cursed me and shouted. Then he told me that 50 euros is 40 fr, that didn't matter to me at the moment but to put it bluntly I think it's freight when I saw that this hamburger was so burnt I really have to say that with this man the restaurant is slowly being destroyed...

Unfortunately, always disappointed, cold food, very unpunctual (30-40 minutes) late, they don't respond to customer requests. You write something in the comment that is not taken into account. You make a phone call to say what's not good, etc. Nobody believes anything... you send an extra photo so that they can see it and don't react. Not recommended!

Ordered kebab in flatbread. It was just meat with sauce in the flatbread, no lettuce or onions. In several calls and WhatsApp messages I was asked to adapt the review from the original ** as I would have had to specifically select the salad. So ***** now. Meat was of the best quality as can be clearly seen in the picture. Anyone who likes sweet, sticky yogurt sauce will definitely be happy here. Intensive customer support since Monday morning at 8:20 a.m. Excerpt from the last message: '...It can happen that something is not done correctly or the ingredients were not selected or were forgotten. We once again politely ask you to remove this review by tomorrow, otherwise I will unfortunately be forced to hand this unjustified review over to our lawyer. In addition, I would then have to demand compensation for business expenses....'

Be careful, this store has completely cheated me! I ordered 2x fries and 2x kebab. He made fries for a small portion and I complained that I ordered large ones, then he just put the 2 small ones in the large one. I often order over 35 francs here. I asked the gentleman that he should make some more fries. He said his and said 8 stupid boy and didn't listen to me. I'm not a boy! Are you crazy?! There is no politeness here. I expect an apology!

Efficient delivery and good quality delivery. The reason why it's not a 5 out of 5 is that there are days where delivery is 20-50 minutes late. Out of about 10 deliveries, 1 delivery came with a kebab box, but no cocktail sauce, which is almost a must for a kebab. But the food is delivered fresh and warm.

Great place. The owner stayed extra long to cook the curry for my mom. He's a really great guy.

Were there on Friday and ordered 2 big kebabs. Both were delicious. However, we had the feeling that only 1 kebap was really “big” because the kebabs were made by different kebab men. The difference between the portions was big. When paying, the employee also asked for more than what was stated on the menu (which is not legally allowed). The kebabs were good, but unfortunately I can't recommend the shop.

Best kebab in Rüti, BUT washing your hands after smoking should be a matter of course for the "cook", especially if you are handling food in the kitchen again afterwards... In any case, I've lost the desire for a second kebab!!!

Ordered kebab & donner box, but it was delivered with chicken. When we called, they said there was no other meat. No info or anything beforehand. Under no circumstances order here!!! Ordered 4 kebab boxes and 2 dürüm. After 1 hour 15 minutes we get a call: everything is delivered with chicken, as there is no more kebab meat. It tastes really bad and no cutlery was delivered for the boxes even though we stated this when ordering. Then there was a WhatsApp threatening message afterwards: woe betide you if you give a bad review... not one, we made 6.

Honorless bre. The food came to us after about 1.3 hours. With the road traffic in the country at 2350, that can happen, or so we thought. After about 1 hour Waiting time we received the good news; The kebab meat was all & our 'Boxes & Dürüm were delivered with chicken meat. As a big lover of the traditional kebab skewer, I was deprived of the honor at that moment. The employee there, who was already sympathetic, assured us of a free 1.5L bottle due to the mishap, but we later found out in the "big daddy's" replies in the reviews that this was for the daddy from a purchase value of 50.-CHF is a free gesture that is applied to all customers (the total amount from us hungry boys was over 50.-CHF) A pity.
