Very run down, dirty tables, floors and also the cutlery was dirty including the menus and a plague of flies made it very unpleasant to linger. I'm definitely not coming back!

We have been ordering there for 8 years, today giant prawns for 32.50 and a baby seat arrived, not giant prawns, pure rip off!!! The carbonara has never been as bad as it is today!!! Really disrespectful on the phone and no response!!! You can't do that as a restaurant!! Never order there again!!!

Unfortunately not very happy with the restaurant. Although we received a very nice welcome, we found the ambience to be a bit worn out (floor not clean/windows very dirty). The order was placed quickly and we received the starter quickly. There was still a mosquito in the green salad... but the sauce was delicious ;) We weren't finished with the starter yet when the main course was already being served. The cordon bleu was rather unappetizing. It smelled special, the consistency was rather rubbery and the meat looked a little older.

But it's a shame when you absolutely demand Schützengarten beer and 2 Feldschlösschen come (apparently there was no Schützengarten anymore, I wasn't informed by phone when I ordered, and not after I ordered over the phone either.. if not even a small sorry or price reduction is forthcoming. I am very disappointed. Pizzas are OK, so is the delivery person...

Constantly receive advertising from dubious gold and silver buyers. Please no advertising! The only address that can be verified is that of the place where the so-called gold dealers run under some name that doesn't exist.

By far the worst restaurant here I have ever ordered. The food was totally inedible; The hell! Since when have customers been supplied with prawns with the skin on, pasta without sauce, rice was totally over salted and Caesar salad is apparently also eaten without chicken and unwashed. Ah yes, the noodles also had a hair in them. The manager of the restaurant was also contacted by phone. When I explained the problem to him, I was laughed at and was only offered a wine to make up for it, which I didn't even drink. I don't drink wine! Disaster just really bad! Conclusion: Bad food, the boss was rude, laughed at me and had absolutely no regard for what happened.

I often order from Klosterhof because of the fine and best Cordonbleus in the region. The mixed salad is also recommended. Always a pleasure to order. Keep it up.

Extremely overpriced pizza regarding the ingredients e.g. garlic 2fr mascarpone 4 small spots 3fr pizza was salty. Desired pizza 15fr but all ingredients extra offset what does this have to do with desired pizza? The base of the pizza was extremely greasy and light and very difficult to eat. Courier was very friendly. Will order again somewhere else

We order from you regularly! The suppliers are very friendly and punctual too! So far we have always been very happy with the food! Unfortunately yesterday it was extremely greasy, pizza just like the gnocchi carbonara! It would be nice if that changed again!

During my last visit I took the liberty of pointing out the dirty and broken tablecloths. This complaint was not well received by the landlord. He advised me and my friends not to come to his restaurant anymore. It's nice if you can afford this!

Friendly service staff. Not clean, dirty restaurant. Toilets not cleaned and dirty. Not much is being done for hygiene or against the virus. According to Southern tradition, “What gets broken stays broken.”

I ordered 3 Padronne, and specifically wrote 2 are without onions, and I got it on 2 boxes it says WITH and was with onions, where it said without there was also onion in it! Never order from there again, mistakes can happen, but before you take your order to someone you should check 2-3 times whether it is the right order. The taste is simply not crispy and didn't fit. Onion has already broken. Unfortunately. Better Communication between employees brings more sales so you lose more! Senida

The service and the food were top. Very nice service and the portion was huge. I would only deduct half a star for the ambience, the furnishings are a bit old.

Formerly a Feller confectionery with all the trimmings. Today a random field, forest and meadow pizzeria. Entrance area really disgusting. Looks like a mix between a fire ruin and a cardboard warehouse. Steiner Beck - take over...

For ice cream, no chocolate sauce, but powder with hot water. Outdoor seat cushions require cleaning.

Pizza came late and was tasteless

It's cozy and you can sit outside, but at the moment there's a construction site outside nearby.

We eat here regularly. Very good pizza, cordon bleus, rich salads (with recommended house sauce) and fitness plates. We have always experienced a pleasant, committed service that cares about the guests and their well-being! We have never had to complain about quantity and/or quality! The delivery service brings the products to the house while they are still hot and sometimes with extra ingredients. In addition to the extensive dessert menu, you can put together your dessert coupe however you like 😋

Unfortunately it's not the same as it used to be. The salads were the best there. Now we even charge extra for salad dressing. Tuna salad was tuna from a can and 4 Fr. for 50g. You can quickly get to 20 Fr for a small salad plate. Without a drink. Only the service is faster than before.

In the summer, shortly before the end, a pizza was made to take away, which tasted sensational.

After waiting 2 hours for the pizza because it had been forgotten, they were told they weren't taking any new orders because there was too much going on. Well, I wouldn't see that under a new order. Also very unfriendly on the phone. The only positive thing was the customer service from eat.ch Klosterhof will never be ordered again... 😤
