One order was a flatbread with only meat and sauce...since one of the employees was unsure whether the order went as desired, he kindly called and asked whether it was correct, great!!! Instead of just doing something, ask more questions, great! 🤩 We mentioned in the comments please not to ring the bell. The delivery person who delivered our order called us without ringing the bell and said he was here to hand over the order to us. In addition, the delivery person was very polite! They say it's a royal kebab. The taste is certainly not royal. The vegetables in the display are often already wilted. Meat is not cut fresh from the spit but stuffed into the kebab from a metal flap. You should also be careful of the old man, he doesn't enjoy his work and lives it by preparing his kebab. The younger one is even more the opposite, kudos to him! So it's better to drive one village further to the Imbiss Dübendorf train station. They can still learn a lot!

Hygiene leaves something to be desired, strong smoke taste throughout the take-a-way area. Dried salad side dishes, doesn't really look fresh. Everything is very dirty.

I often visit the restaurant/bar. The furnishings are a bit old, but they also have their charm. Because the modern usually seems cold and in contrast to that you feel “comfortable” in a real pub. The staff is friendly and also available for a little chat. I will gladly come again.

I have always enjoyed ordering here and really enjoyed the food. But lately I've been deeply disappointed. The orders are being delivered incorrectly and there are always long delays that aren't even communicated to you. It was the last time I ordered here, which was a shame.

Top service and great prices, but almost everything else is bad. First he gave me the wrong pizza, for which he apologized profusely, then the wrong pizza was delivered. I wanted Pizza Funghi with doner meat, onions and garlic. Specially, I thought I'd have some great kebab meat for 1 Fr. So there was no garlic at all and almost no onions, but instead there was tons of disgusting cocktail sauce. I'm served. But maybe next time. Oh no, it was exactly the same last time. Why do you have to slap on so much sauce? 🤮Oh yes and no one answered the phone either, which meant I couldn't even complain.

I cannot understand the criticism expressed here. I come here often and have never had anything to complain about; the kebab is good and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. It's just a kebab/quick pizza restaurant and not a star restaurant. I can recommend it without reservation.
