Extremely unfriendly and aggressive service. My question as to which of the two cash registers I can pay for a drink seems to have triggered the waitress to such an extent that our presence no longer seemed wanted in any respect. So it was wrong that we wanted to pay at the counter, that we wanted to pay by card, and apparently that we even wanted to buy anything at all. Here you should think about how you deal with your own customers.

Entered the restaurant in a good mood and then left in horror. After we weren't served - even though we were almost the only guests - we had to let a bad-tempered lady yell at us and even insult us. We are appalled by the service staff. It's a shame, it would be a great place.

Unfriendly service and you also have to listen to something from the ladies. Disrespectful treatment of the guests, orders are forgotten and when you ask where the order is, you get dirty looks back.

I happened to be here for lunch and was very surprised! The gentleman on site is a true host. He cooks typical Italian dishes and at a great price!!! A brilliant one man show :)

Cozy, very friendly and the food is also good. A place to linger and enjoy. Always happy to be with you. The prices are completely in line with the Swiss average. So there's nothing to complain about.

The landlord and the team cannot be surpassed when it comes to hospitality, a nice place to stay while the kids are in the children's ski area. Thanks for the top service!

The best host in this bistro for years. The prices have remained the same as usual in ski regions, but the hospitality cannot be beaten. Very personable and accommodating. We love being there and the warm nut croissants are really tasty 🤤 😋 Thanks for the extraordinary service!

Compared to other catering options (e.g. Portal or Scharmoin) by far the worst price/performance ratio. You just feel ripped off...

Fries 9.50!!! Drinks 5.50!!! Pasta 22.50!!! Sorry but it's a shame to give 2 stars just because of the mountain view, otherwise 1 star
