Rarely have I received my dish as hot as at Hemmi! The plate and the dish were about the same temperature as the surface of our sun, wonderful!! I really enjoyed the soup and the gratin with the vegetables! So much so that I even forgot to take a picture at the beginning :) Ambiance: Okay. In my opinion, the furnishings and decoration were a bit outdated, but okay for me because the food was very good.

Frozen vegetables, croquettes and fries as well and the good quality of the meat is ruined by the arrogant chef!!! Which he then loudly tries to apologize for. When we got there, the restaurant was half empty. Why should we spend 15 minutes? come later than desired? The service was friendly. When ordering we noticed that the language and knowledge of the menu could be better. To order we had to pick up the menu and sometimes point to what we wanted. The wine was served but never refilled afterwards. The mineral water was forgotten and had to be ordered again. The salad was served without bacon as requested, but with the wrong salad dressing. The main courses were served with 5 different vegetables. Unfortunately all the vegetables had no taste because they were not freshly prepared. The vegetables are frozen and were only heated in the steamer. Carrots absolutely tasteless. Cauliflower little flavor and still cold. Broccoli very tasteless. Brussels sprouts have little taste and an aftertaste of a damp cellar. The cream leaf spinach was the best. But January is not the season for spinach. This was also a finished product from the freezer. When the staff asked whether everything had been good, we politely pointed out the problem. The waiter probably didn't really understand what we were telling him. He seemed very unsettled. Before we had finished drinking the wine, the waiter came to the table without being asked to collect the bill. We weren't asked if we wanted to order dessert or coffee. For us it was as if we should please leave the restaurant as quickly as possible. Conclusion: Consumption Fr. 172.- for 2 people (1 starter, 2 main courses plus drinks) is clearly too much for ready-made food with one piece of meat each. Especially since the service is friendly but still very, very expandable.

I eat at the best restaurants in the world with my job and Restaurant Hemmi is by far one of my favorites. Everything is amazing, but if you are lucky enough to be there during autumn, their venison dishes are the best I have ever had by far. I particularly recommend the "Rehpfeffer" because you will never find something as good anywhere else in the world (and believe me I have tried).

Da ich eine Sahneunvertraeglichkeit habe, wurde entsprang Rücksicht genommen. Wir können dieses Restaurant gerne weiterempfehlen und ... bei nächstbester Gelegenheit kommen wir wieder.
