For the price, the restaurant Chilehügel in Zch. Altstetten absolutely excellent. The food as if prepared by a top chef. Excellent service and extremely friendly. One of the best restaurants in Zurich Altstetten if not the entire city of Zurich.

A wonderful coffee! It's called a bistro because there are also delicious little things to eat. It is always “cooked” (or delivered) to suit the seasons. The entire project is led by the reformed parish of Altstetten and supervised by the “Christuszentrum”.

The bistro is very cute and therefore actually child-friendly. My 3 year old son is greeted by name because we eat lunch here regularly. Really recommended! A charming, simple bistro in the middle of the city where a good lunch is served quickly and plentifully. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The dishes are varied and also offer a vegetarian alternative. Even menu requests are always taken into account and the menu is adapted.

The vegetarian menu CHF 18.00 or the meat menu CHF 20.00, including soup or salad from the buffet, are both very inexpensive. The plates are prepared with a lot of love and the food is excellently prepared. The service is very friendly and attentive. Bright and full of good energy, this bistro is an insider tip. Easily accessible on foot from Lindenplatz. I can only recommend it!
