At the same time, they are socially committed and offer a working environment for people who are looking for connection in their careers, work and social integration. A great thing - value for money is right; are ecological, regional, especially with the beautiful garden, from which they draw a lot for the kitchen.

Very clean Decent kitchen...looking forward to this place... Addendum: August 25, 2022 Shortly before the third rehearsal, I didn't even get the chance to prove myself in the kitchen and was rejected at short notice. I didn't get the opportunity to put my skills to use with over 30 years of professional experience. Personally, I think it's a shame if you... others cannot be honest enough, because honesty is a principle for good cooperation and with one another. The bistro at the Alte Kaplanei is subordinate to the Catholic Church, His thinking is simply not appropriate at this time, wrong and just ridiculous and discriminatory. People who oppose the binary gender system. I will never again visit, let alone offer my services to, a cult-like Catholic institution.

It is rare to find such a price-performance ratio in Switzerland. Plus the top quality of the food! And very friendly and familiar. Highly recommended!

I love the place; everything freshly cooked, wonderful taste, beautifully prepared, service very friendly, great value for money & a very friendly team. The social enterprise background is the icing on the cake. A very big compliment, gladly again at any time! Reservations are recommended as there are few places available in winter.
