So the location is nice, the managers are fantastic, as are the waiters. I only ate the pizza and I liked it very much, now on Thursdays it's a regular event!!!

On Thursdays all the pizzas on the menu are 10.- fr., check because for us, even though they are on the list, they charged 2fr.- more each. without having asked for anything additional!! We realized it too late and the journey to claim would cost us 10 times more.

Excellent restaurant. Lots of fish dishes. While waiting, we were kindly offered a delicious bruschetta and instead of bread a delicious crown of pizza dough! Really good

There are many fish dishes, as a vegetarian I can't judge, but those who came with me were very happy... for me there wasn't much choice, but the staff is always available to find a solution to satisfy me. I've been there several times, and I always found it the same: The quality of the food is good, in terms of fish they deal with fresh and tasty material. While in terms of service it pains me to give only one star (for the friendliness)... unfortunately I found dirty tablecloths, dirty cutlery, smelly glasses, sachets of mayonnaise already opened and left there several times. In terms of the environment I can only say that if the restaurant is full it is very very noisy, and you end up not hearing any of the people next to you.

I ate the pasta with lobster, aesthetically very beautiful.. very generous portion.. too bad the lobster wasn't fully cooked.. and the meat was still frozen.. we received the offered coffees! I'll be back anyway!

We visited on a Friday midday for pizzas. This is a place that specializes in feeding workers in the area. The available space was used 100%: there would no longer be an extra table and all the tables were occupied - many even more than once. The peak time is from 1200 to 1315. We were seated immediately and offered the à la carte menu, while the menu of the day (consisting of first and second courses) is offered verbally, but I had to ask for the price (CHF 16) . Unfortunately there is no indication that you can even order just the first one, but I assume it is possible. Our first impression was of an arrogant, unwelcoming and not at all kind waiter. He made us feel under pressure and a few minutes later he shows up again to take over. I was still undecided about the pizza. The positive thing observed is that the waiters are many, attentive and constantly on the move. In short, efficient in serving and clearing the table to satisfy those who have a short lunch break. There's no denying it: it works. The portions of pasta that I saw on other tables seemed steaming hot and very generous. Our pizzas arrive (very large) and the seafood one is very loaded. Unfortunately, the pizzas gave us the impression that they were prepared quickly and without care: the dough was too thin in the centre, the edge was very wide (without topping) and essentially a tasteless dough, without flavour. The prices are now clearly Swiss (CHF 18 for seafood, CHF 4.50 for a small 0.3l beer, CHF 2.50 for coffee). I don't think we will return to this place. Let's go back to eating pizza in Italy where it is particularly delicious and you only spend half the price.

Dinner with friends...good food to return to, very friendly staff

Today we went for lunch, they made us sit at the round table in the corner, after 15 minutes we were finally noticed and they brought us the menu. after another 5 minutes they come to take the order and after another 10 minutes the drinks arrive... 30 minutes to receive 2 bottled cokes... after another 5/10 minutes the 1st dish arrives (2nd of the menu of the day) and after 5 minutes we notice the pizza chef go in front of the oven and prepare my pizza... after 5 minutes the pizza chef brings the pizza, I point out that I had to go to work and that I no longer wanted the pizza. the pizza chef arrives with the receipt for the pizza order, and points out to me that his order arrived at 12.46 and I point out to him that we had been there since 12.15, which was something that was already wrong before that... and which in any case is 1pm... after a while the waiter arrives bringing the pizza (the same one) and after another 5 minutes a 2nd waiter arrives bringing the same pizza (in the meantime 10 minutes have passed) before the 2nd waiter arrived, I think the manager of the place arrives apologizing and wanting to offer a dessert... I didn't have lunch and should I have a dessert? I go to pay and they make me pay for the 2 cokes and the dish on the menu... not even the decency to at least offer the drinks. It's not the first time that the service can't keep up with the customers and the place... it's a shame because it was a place where you could eat well.

Every Thursday all pizzas are only 10 CHF, but pay attention if you are arriving by car for the lunch around noon - parking is usually full.

Bivio is a restaurant and pizzeria specializing in seafood, and serving up delicious homemade Italian dishes. With the help of our kind and patient server, Jacob, we ordered two fish dishes and a langostine pasta from the Italian-only menu. My dad, who usually greatly dislikes Italian food, and particularly pasta, actually loved it. The sea bass and branzino were both delicious according to my parents. My pasta was perfectly al dente, just firm enough to provide a bite. At the same time, the langoustine were fresh, tender, and flavorful, creating for a delicious pairing. The homemade tiramisu closed out our meal, being rapidly devoured - a strong coffee flavored lower part paired with a light, creamy top. Finally, our server Jacob was amazing - despite the busyness of the restaurant, he showed us great care and patiently took time explaining about the restaurant and menu options, while still tending to multiple tables at once. The food came out fast, and he offered plenty of options to accommodate for our preferences.

Really terrible staff, it's the third time I go there after work with friends and personally I don't see each other anymore, respect is the first thing that must be given to the customer and it is certainly mutual, I think that everyone works and everyone so if one has chosen a job he must do his duty, there is no respect for customers. Just to clarify, one time they take my order without patience and rudeness, and the second time with zero orders, they seem annoyed and at the exit you are called back after having paid for your service due to the lack of other unpaid drinks as there are other people at the same table who still have to pay 🤦🏽🤦🏽 of course for an unpaid coffee you can shut down and shut up.. ...I don't understand if the owner of the pizzeria is aware of having staff like this, at least of some people who in my opinion would be better off staying at home. I'm sorry but this was our experience and the last one in this place that it looked good after work and as they usually say the customer is almost always right...

The pizzas are excellent, wood-fired always impeccable. Balanced filling, neither sparse nor excessive. Furthermore, the cuisine is no exception, with excellent fish-based dishes. We usually go there on Thursdays with colleagues for pizza at 10CHF. Reservation is recommended.

Every time we go to the Bivio Restaurant, even if the room is full of people, they always treat us very well! Yesterday we ate the mussel pepper (excellent), the Ligurian octopus (very good), the fish soup and the mixed grill! All super good and dishes for real eaters, in fact we took away a little bit of soup and grilled food at home which we will enjoy today 🤪 Furthermore, I was so tired and sleepy last night that you could see it from a mile away, the very kind waiter brought me a lemon sorbet to drink (of his own free will) which cheered me up in the blink of an eye! Dogs are welcome if they are calm and subject to reservation and communication, so they will put you near the entrance.

BAD SERVICE Let me start by saying that we were seated in the lounge and the waiter was friendly. We had an aperitif and then ordered a pizza (good) and spaghetti with clams (decent and not hot). As soon as we took our dinner order, the waiter disappeared without asking us what we wanted to drink. He brought dinner and left without giving us a chance to order drinks. We stopped him when he was serving another table and asked for drinks. At the end of dinner he cleared the table and asked if we wanted something else, we asked him just for a moment to decide on dessert but he disappeared and never showed up again, after about 40 minutes we gave up and my husband got up to ask the bill. Let me start by saying that at that time the restaurant was almost empty (around 9.50pm)

We know that Switzerland is quite expensive, but the prices we paid for the quality of the lunch we were served were truly exaggerated, and, believe us, we have eaten in several high quality restaurants and we are able to distinguish whether a menu is worth the price or not. The dish requested for children, half portion, salmon penne and the price was asked for adults (19CHF!), the Oriental salad (17CHF!) looked horrible (pineapple from the jar, packaged prawns and three salad leaves) . The calamares tentacles (27CHF!) In short, you could taste it but it was nothing special, compared to the price. The dressing on the table was empty. Here they try to suggest a high level of quality to the customer... but then they absolutely fail. We had the feeling that in this restaurant prices and service are decided based on whether a customer is from the country itself or a tourist from abroad! Thank you very much (irony!) This was the first and last time!!

Servizio eccellente, molto professionale e pure simpatico il che non guasta.BRAVI tutti quelli che si sono adoperati x avere personale d'eccellenza. Ora sì che è piacevole andarci. Our favorite restaurant for 20 years.

Never had an experience in a restaurant. We booked for two, table attached to the wine fridge and packed with others. What are the safety distances today? Once seated we waited 30 minutes before being noticed. We asked to change tables. The basics of catering are missing! Sitting at the new table they don't even change the tablecloth dirty with sauce and fork with food crusts!!! Even pointing it out, no excuses! Dishes: we order fish ravioli and spaghetti with clams and asparagus. Question: Is the fish fresh? Plate of spaghetti: out of thirty clams, 20 empty and the asparagus, where are the tips? It's not quantity but quality that counts! Advice: try to treat the customer especially if he is not satisfied to improve the service.
