For the price I expect better shisha, I ordered africa queen tobacco, no good taste, grape taste, something else and service people can't need at all

It looks nice, avoid the mojito, it's fluffy and the margarita should be combined with toilet cleaner. Damage

Very friendly! Music great. Staff come and change the coal regularly and professionally. Shisha was also very good. Price / offer: Very good. Rahime, the top employee, very friendly and entertaining. She is responsible for service but, if desired, she makes the best shisha in town. Drinks are also very good with lots of cocktails to choose from. Good quality with great music best shisha and friendliest staff. 100% recommended

very rude staff! waiting 40 minutes to be served (just bottled drinks) with the bar half empty.....Very little recognition from the person responsible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Rude waitress doesn't take the time to serve us

I had to pay directly after every single order, no matter how small the order (e.g. just ONE drink), and there was simply no WiFi for guests. New owner apparently who has no idea how to treat guests so that they feel comfortable. Then I just stood up because I didn't feel welcome. No bad blood, but again I won't make the special trip to Biel from Bern.

Perfect stopover between Thai food and bar. Staff relaxed and friendly. High quality shishas and good selection of flavors. Enough space to find your “harrow”. Çay but, sry guys and ladies, really bad.

When the notion of the customer is king clearly does not exist. Verbally attacked by the bar "vigil" because we wanted to help a drunken young woman we don't know. One person in our group simply asked for a chair for this young woman in bad shape. Instead of responding politely (we could have understood a refusal), the security guard preferred to vilify us. A little common sense would have been appreciated.
